"My fiancé and I, both vegan, almost decided to head back to Michigan without visiting this place, but I’m so glad we changed our minds. The woman at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable about the ingredients and very friendly. I ordered the bean-based Italian sausage on a salad. My only complaint was that there wasn't quite enough dressing to coat the greens evenly, but I could easily remedy that with a bit of pepper or a splash of vinegar. The "sausage" was bursting with flavor and had a wonderful herbal taste, reminiscent of a classic Italian sausage. While my meal was fantastic, I couldn’t help but envy the spicy chick’n sandwich, which looked incredibly flavorful and had a delightful mix of chewy, crispy, and crunchy textures. We also tried the falafel and fries, and both were seasoned to perfection—everything was amazing! I must also mention that the chocolate chip cookies are simply the best, vegan or not. They were warm, thick, buttery, and sweet. I only bought one for each of us, but I regretted not getting the whole batch—so delicious! We ordered everything to go since we were on the road, but I didn’t want to leave! The space is bright and inviting, and I would say the trip is definitely worth it!"
