I come through early in the mornings and the people are sooo friendly! One main person is Billy who is always pleasant no matter what time it is and that means a lot! Worst experience ever waited 40 minutes for a burger and asked for our money back and would not even acknowledge us. The girl kept saying I am not the manager and put her hands up. Do not even try to eat at this location we ended up walking out and didn’t even get my money back. We were about the 5th customer walking out. Service: Dine in

I thought Hardees was a cook to order restaurant. Nothing is ever fresh The food ALWAYS TASTE like it’s been just sitting under a warmer. Today I tried to order Mash and Gravy with the gravy in a separate container. I was informed they were premade already and could not be separated. What about the ppl who want to purchase Mash with no gravy. Just imagine how long the mash and gravy has been sitting out. Service: Takeaway

I ordered the 12 piece fried chicken meal combo with a lg slaw, lg mash potatoes, lg green beans and 1/2 gal ice tea. The sides were not large at all! I received 3 small souffle cups of cole slaw not filled to the top..... 2 small mash potatoes and 2 small green beans. Pictures located below.... There is no way this is standard large portion sizes.
