"I ordered the Large Combo with rice, corn and green beans. As soon as I placed the order, I called the restaurant asking to leave out the rice. If they wanted to increase the veggies that worked but it was up .to them. I usually dont eat the rice since im trying to eat a bit healthier. If i get rice, i will want to eat it all! . They left our the rice and doubled both vegetable. Thank you!!!!! The shredded chicken was enough for two meals as wheretge veggies."

"I'm incredibly happy Chipotle didn't have what I wanted or i wouldn't have stumbled upon this gem. This place tops all tacos places in town, hands down. Taco shop meets gourmet is the description. Don't let the building fool you. I ordered the lamb and blackened grouper taco, the lamb was a generous portion and juicy that came with its own sauce not sure what it was but it was delectable) the grouper came with pickled red onions and fresh sprouts on top!! The blue corn tortillas are freshly ground in house. The 3 in house made hot sauce are a must try for spice fans, I am and ate all 3. Don't even get me started about the queso and chips. It's good, really good for a splurge once in a while. The corn chips were also made in house from ground blue corn. The owner Ron was incredibly friendly with a smile and conversation despite me ordering 15 minutes before closing. If I could give this place a million rating I would. Good luck to you Ron, your really doing a fantastic service to our community. you'll see me again often for sure."

"What a gem! I only wish I lived in the area, as I would most definitely frequent this spot! I loved the aesthetics and the whole feel of the space. "The food here was awful. I ordered the Chandler style, but what I got was just a regular thick, dry, well-done burger that tasted like it came from a gas station convenience store. The fries were cold—much colder than you'd reasonably expect from delivered food. The cookies were bland and definitely not "freshly baked." This place is marketed as being comparable in quality to Shake Shack, but it's actually worse than standard fast food chains."

"Doesn't seem like much when you walk in, but it will be some of the best mexican you can get in sarasota. The burrito supreme was excellent but a bit heavy on the refried beans, even though they are very tasty. Also being situated in a gas station opens up your beverage choice to an incredibly wide range to compliment your food, including traditional Mexican sodas and things. Overall a lower quality Chinese takeout place but Mexican, very good. You can also buy jalapeños from them"

"I've had this place bookmarked for 7yrs! 7 years guys!!! I mean, I'm not technically around the corner and I normally travel south more than north, so the chances of me coming were not high. They have a lot of good options on delicious looking hotdogs, so it was hard deciding what to get. They literally have something for everyone, so picky eaters they have something for you here haha.The service was quick. You walk up to the front and order your food and they bring it to your table. There was a few other people dining when we visited and it was a super duper hot day when we came. This is definitely a 5 star establishment, but I had to bring it down because it was over a 100° and inside the AC was set to go down to 70° and the whole hour we were there it stayed at about 90° inside. I only had to deal w it for an hour, I felt bad for the workers. Come on guys, fix your AC for your people!Other than that, restroom is outside behind the building. It's not the cleanest, but it's decent. Then you have to lug around the giant key w you haha. Tables were clean, chairs were a bit uncomfortable, but the staff was super nice and very patient. We didn't know what we wanted so we were standing up there for awhile. I would love to come back, but please fix your AC!"

"I'm so disappointed. We've been eating here for ever...it's our go to since it's right down the road. We've dined in and picked up food...everything from pasta, to pizza, to soups and chicken. I always order their vodka sauce for pick up and bring it home. Of course, I don't mind if I get charged for the rigatoni vodka meal, however, I usually order and and bring the sauce home. I don't need them to provide the noodles. Tonight I was told for the first time that they would not do this! I'm so sad. I don't understand as I'm not asking for them to charge me less. I'm willing to pay for the entire meal. It would be similar to me ordering the meal to go and asking them to put the sauce on the side.? I'm supper bummed they lost this family... It's too bad as we were frequent flyers."

"I have been ordering food from this restaurant for years. The service is fast and accurate, and the food is delicious considering the price. Sometimes I feel like they cook it while it's being delivered because it's so fast. They have never made a mistake with my order and the food is always fresh and hot. This is a takeout or delivery only restaurant, not sit-in. I wish they didn't close down because I love their food. Sometimes I crave it late at night."

"A very small restaurant with exceptional crepes. The menu is very limited I recommend utilizing the Build Your Own crepe! We came in for breakfast and were surprised they didn’t have any breakfast crepes on the menu. Ordered Ham, Egg Mozz crepe and it was phenomenal. The smoothie was OK more on the healthy than savory side but would order again. My wife wasn’t fond of her coffee. The bathroom was clean but not well stocked. Prices are fair. Will be returning. Gave 4/5 star for staff not wearing masks. I don’t care about patrons or workers in other industries but when you’re handling food all day masks should be worn. The attention to detail with the food was 10/10 nice touches with good tasting and good looking food."

"Talk about a recommendation that has survived the test of time. When my wife and I first visited Sarasota, Florida, for a vacation in the late 1970s, we asked a friend who had been wintering in the town for a few years to suggest some restaurants that he favored. His first recommendation was Millie 's. Best breakfast in town, he said. And so it was and still is. Located at 3900 Clark Road, Millie 's has been serving breakfast and lunch from 7 to 2:30 on Tuesday through Sunday for 64 years. It 's always crowded. And it never disappoints. American journalist and author John Gunther once said that all happiness depends on a leisurely breakfast and Millie 's subscribes to that wholesome remark. Juan was our server on this occasion, a veteran staff member who was pleased to greet to out-of-towners who knew the menu as well as he did. It was past noon so my wife chose a croissant sandwich with chicken salad and coleslaw. No matter the time, I couldn 't pass up my breakfast favorite, traditional Eggs Benedict with poached eggs, Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce on an English muffin with home fries and a side of corned beef hash. And a large glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. Gunther was right. At Millie 's, it 's all about a leisurely breakfast and a lot of happiness."
