"Rude staff, bad food and a general sense of absolute chaos. 1 waitress who was also the manager working the whole place on an Thursday night, and mostly looking down at the floor to avoid the myriad of complaints. Took over 2 hours from entry to get the food and check. We have tried and tried to give this place numerous opportunities. This last fail is the last time we will come. Don't go and avoid the disappointment."

"I enjoy going to this place, I'm from NY and it's a great place to get a sandwich. The sandwich options are great, their espresso and cappuccino are good. Their cookies are good too. The atmosphere reminds me of the cafes in NY. The staff there is excellent. They are friendly and always attentive. I would definitely recommend this place."

"We chose EVO for dinner to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with friends, and it was an outstanding experience. Our server, Simon, was excellent—knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic suggestions. We began with the Sicilian Stack and Calamari Arrabiata, both of which were flavorful and delicious. For our main courses, we enjoyed the Sunday Gravy, Bucanti Carbonara, and two specials: Frutti De Mar and a double bone-in pork chop. Everyone loved their dish. We’ll definitely be back! The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, creating a wonderful atmosphere despite being located in a strip mall. Be sure to make a reservation, as it gets quite busy."

"I heard great things about this place and maybe they were having an off day when I went but I'd never go back. We made reservations for lunch, not tea, and I believe her name is Romona, said we'd have to pay for the 4th person for tea even if they weren't here. We told her we there for lunch not tea. Just right off the bat, bad taste in my mouth. We then get seated in the back of the store and given a very confusing lunch menu. The way things were worded made it confusing what I was ordering LOL I then ask the server or owner if they had a menu for what tea they offered and their wine list and her response was no we have everything. Uh, okay ... you're a tea house you should probably have a tea menu. I felt like I had to pry for information. I ordered a tea and the honey container had lavender seeds in it which wasn't a problem but it had knats in it. The food was decent but nothing to write home about. The quiche tasted a day old and bland. Needed more flavor. Way overpriced for what it was. They also include 20% gratuity which I don't mind if the service is good which it wasn't. We then sat there for 15 min waiting for them to come back so we could order scones but no one ever checked on us so we decided we wanted to leave. The place wasn't busy at all. We felt like an inconvenience. I'd never go back here which is a shame bc it has a lot of potential."
