Incredible all around! Their outdoor area is private and elegant. The service was completely attentive and not rushed. They have an extensive wine menu, The food-the food is all fresh and delicious-from basics like the Sunday gravy to the fish and meat dishes. It is a must.

This might not just be the best Italian restaurant in Palm Beach County; it could also rank among the top five restaurants of any kind in the area. The meticulous attention to detail in service, the elegance of the decor, and the skillful preparation of the food are truly unparalleled.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior look of Evo Italian, open the door and step into an elegant bar area and well appointed dining area. We had beef carpaccio with parmigiano raggiano as starter, delicious. I had one of the best bolognesa ever, mouth watering. Great wine options too! Beautiful outdoor seating. Very good service. Excellent choices of dishes. Our party of 6 enjoyed our meals except for my self. I love shrimp scampi but last night’s serving with black linguini was tasteless. Very bland and lacking garlic taste although slices of garlic were in bowl. The other 5 dinners were very good and the eggplant appetizer was excellent. Overall, very good dining experience except for my scampi dish.

What A great restaurant beautiful outdoor seating table cloths very intimate setting, we started with the Sicilian stack, it was a nice surprise good size portion. My husband ordered the Sunday gravy so huge portion lots of chunks of braised pork beef and sausage enough that he took some home, I had the cacio de Pepe , also a delicious meal ! The service was amazing there was someone always at your side if you needed them very attentive, but never felt rushed !

We arrived for our reservation and were greeted and seated immediately. The staff were all welcoming and professional. Our ground of four ordered the Italian Gravy, the Scampi, a Seafood Pasta special, and the fish from the menu. We also ordered the eggplant stack appetizer and the roasted beet salad. Everyone enjoyed all the various items. We celebrated a birthday and the restaurant gave us a piece of cheesecake as well as the crème brûlée we had ordered. A lovely evening View menu

We arrived as a group of six at 7:45 for our 8:00 p.m. reservation. Despite an empty table being available, we waited 20 minutes before being seated. Once at our table, we received water, and our drink orders were taken, but only two of us ordered alcoholic beverages. After they were served, it took another 15 minutes for the waitress to come back and take our food orders. The meal itself was good—appetizers, main courses, pastas, meats, and fish were all enjoyable—but nothing really stood out. Overall, it was a pleasant dinner, though not exceptional.

In the area for the Honda Classic. Reservation was for an outdoor table. At first, we were nervous because a Martial Arts School behind where we were seated was noisy with parents and siblings waiting for class to end, but all was good after about 15 min. Simone was our waitress and she was wonderful. The bread was warm and came with a nice dipping oil. Nancy’s Meatballs for an appetizer. Our salad was burrata pugliese . Entree’s : Cacio de Pepe and the Sunday Gravy. Desserts: Crème Brulee and the Cheesecake. The cheesecake was very light. All, so delicious! It was relaxing and we had to take home most of our entrees. Highly recommend!! Great experience

We chose EVO for dinner to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with friends, and it was an outstanding experience. Our server, Simon, was excellent—knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic suggestions. We began with the Sicilian Stack and Calamari Arrabiata, both of which were flavorful and delicious. For our main courses, we enjoyed the Sunday Gravy, Bucanti Carbonara, and two specials: Frutti De Mar and a double bone-in pork chop. Everyone loved their dish. We’ll definitely be back! The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, creating a wonderful atmosphere despite being located in a strip mall. Be sure to make a reservation, as it gets quite busy. View menu
