"We took my older brother there for his birthday because my younger brother said the food was amazing. Sadly, we had a terrible experience due to: -Waited 25 minutes for our drinks (water, soda, and tea) -Waited over an hour for our food and it wasn’t crowded -Each of our dishes came 10 minutes apart -Everyone had to add a bunch of salt because the fettuccine and the ravioli were extremely bland -The chicken wings had no meat on it! I’m not lying, see the pictures! It look like quail, wings lol. All the wings were as small as I was holding up (fyi it was not a chicken nugget; it’s a wing lol) -extremely expensive for just the six of us we paid over $200 for terrible service and terrible food. It was my brother’s birthday so we didn’t want to cause a scene but sadly we had to leave a smaller tip which I never do."

"This location is a good one depending on who's working. A few bad attitudes at this location. Some people get to comfortable and fail to realize they are an employee not the owner. Treat their customers right. No need to be rude or have an attitude. Ask the customer not to return if you just don't wanna be bothered with them. Fries cost as much as a bag of potatoes, if that's the only thing I'm ordering, please make sure it's fresh, not re-cooked, and definitely not loaded with so much salt you can't eat them. Shout out to the employees who always make your food fresh. Thumbs down to bad attitudes and re-cooked food. FYI there is never a line here. No excuse."

"I think this place is one of the best places to get pho in the desert. I mean sure, “in the desert” isn’t saying much but they really do have some great food. I’d highly recommend the Pho trio for a first timer (if they eat beef) but they also have chicken too. I recently took a friend here and he had the chicken and said it was great. I asked him if he would eat this dish again and he said yes. He had never eaten pho before. I was glad to take him here because I knew the food would be good. Staff is friendly, prices are very competitive compared to some other places I have seen nearby, portions are great, options/ variety of food are pretty good and flavor is excellent. Only a couple of drawbacks about this place is that sometimes it can get rather full (because it’s good and people like to go here) and the available seating can sometime be very limited or nonexistent. Parking is the same. Also, no fault of this restaurant but the Amazon parking lot is kind of annoying if you enter from balsam road. Exiting this parking lot can also be a bit annoying too depending on where in the lot you are parked."

"I am very disappointed with this place. I used the drive-thru to order two cali-bacons for my husband and was asked if I wanted any sauce. I requested the inferno sauce, and the employee confirmed that it was available. However, when we got home, my husband wanted the inferno sauce but noticed that they had given us the wrong one. He called the restaurant, explained the situation politely, and inquired if he could come pick up the inferno sauce. They said yes. When he arrived, though, the employee informed him that they actually didn't have any inferno sauce available."

"Sitting here still parked in front so upset. Powder egg is used for their breakfast sandwiches. Iced Coffee is disgustingly milky with dairy powder. She tried to fix it but it just didn 't taste good at all... pure creaminess, barely a hint of coffee taste. I asked if I could switch it for something else and she said no. I said "I 'm literally not going to drink it n throwing it away and you won 't let me switch it for some donuts? She said no "we can 't switch it, if you don 't like it...(shrugged her shoulders. They do not care about customer service here, and cut corners with the powder egg. Left to another donut shop instead to get some donuts. Never coming back here."

"I was really disappointed with my experience at Sweetfrog. The floors were sticky, every table was dirty, and the seats were not clean either. I noticed the staff laughing behind the counter while eating the yogurt, which made me question how well they maintain the machines and toppings. Even my kids commented on how unsanitary the place looked. The seats seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in days. I won't be returning."

"I occasionally find myself dining at this restaurant because there aren't many better options in the area. Unfortunately, the burgers are often soggy, and they refuse to serve ranch sauce unless you specifically order chicken nuggets, which they may not always agree to provide. When the food arrives, it's usually not hot unless you ask for fresh fries, and even then, they won't put any salt on them. I once asked about a military discount since they had "Support Our Vets" signs in the window. The cashier initially said discounts were available, but only on certain items. When I mentioned that I hadn’t ordered a combo meal, she quickly changed her stance, claiming that the discount isn't applicable after 8. When I tried to clarify, she couldn't even tell me whether that meant 8 AM or 8 PM. Honestly, I really dislike coming to this place."

"So far, so good! I haven 't had a bad experience yet and I am thrilled to have a vegan restaurant in the High Desert. Some comments in general. This is not the type of place that is trying to disguise what the food is. And this isn 't a comment for or against places that do that, it 's just for expectation folks might have. For example, the 'fish ' is great. It 's portobello mushrooms, delicious. But do not expect seitan dressed up with seaweed trying to hide the taste and texture of mushrooms. The space and kitchen is small. There can be a wait if they 're slammed. And if it 's exceptionally busy, seating can be close. There 's just bottled water and canned carbonated water available. I 'd bring a drink or get it to go if you want something else or don 't want to pay so much for water. I recommend the taco trio! Try a few different proteins and find your favorite!"

"Yes! My daughter and I stopped by today. Very satisfied with service and food. We shared the chicken/kofta kabob plate and an order of falafels. Falafels are made from fava beans which make less greasy and lighter. Love these middle eastern flavors. The rice was delicious and baba ghanoush was great. The owner talked with us and explained some the items. He wants to make sure customer is happy and we will be back to try other feast."

However, my experience with the bartender on the midnight shift, who has black hair and typically works on Sundays, has been quite disappointing. It often makes me wonder if it’s worth dealing with her; her attitude leaves a lot to be desired, and I’ve even seen her eating off customers’ plates right at the bar. Furthermore, she seems limited to only making the drinks that are listed on the menu. If her attitude were to improve, my opinion of this place would certainly become much more positive."

"I was there just yesterday for lunch, and everything was fantastic. I usually order their Loaded Nachos, but on this occasion, I went for the #1 option, which features slow-smoked baby back ribs seasoned with their house rub. This dish comes with a roll and a side of your choice, and you can choose between mild or spicy ribs. The food was ready in no time. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how impressive it looked for a food truck meal. "First of all, when I received my order, it was piping hot! I didn't eat right away because I was busy taking care of my kids, but my partner devoured his clams in just a few minutes! I ordered the shrimp, and it was incredibly juicy, along with the corn. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of shrimp, and they were quite large too.
