"I occasionally find myself dining at this restaurant because there aren't many better options in the area. Unfortunately, the burgers are often soggy, and they refuse to serve ranch sauce unless you specifically order chicken nuggets, which they may not always agree to provide. When the food arrives, it's usually not hot unless you ask for fresh fries, and even then, they won't put any salt on them. I once asked about a military discount since they had "Support Our Vets" signs in the window. The cashier initially said discounts were available, but only on certain items. When I mentioned that I hadn’t ordered a combo meal, she quickly changed her stance, claiming that the discount isn't applicable after 8. When I tried to clarify, she couldn't even tell me whether that meant 8 AM or 8 PM. Honestly, I really dislike coming to this place."

This Carl's is usually quite lively, but my orders are always handled promptly and correctly.

The service and food are quite good, but the delivery pickups are a bit slow. You end up waiting longer than expected.

This restaurant provides excellent service and delicious food. It's my favorite spot in town. The drinks and meals were served promptly, and the prices were very reasonable. I definitely recommend it! View menu

The service was noticeably slow, and the food was only mediocre and overpriced. I'm open to paying for quality, but I left feeling disappointed. Furthermore, they didn’t have any ranch, which was disappointing as well. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

I waited for 20 minutes without anyone taking my order, so I eventually left. It wasn't just a matter of being busy; it felt like no one was paying attention. I couldn't help but feel that there was some discrimination involved, as other customers seemed to be served while I was overlooked, possibly due to being Asian.

This restaurant is a classic Carl's Jr. I've visited several times while spending time with my family in the High Desert. The meals I've had have always been delicious and reasonably priced. The wait times are usually minimal, and there's plenty of seating available to enjoy your food. The establishment is also well-maintained and clean. I definitely plan to return, but I’ll wait until after the pandemic is over. I have many wonderful memories of sharing meals with my family here! View menu

I decided to give them another shot, but once again, they messed up my order. It seems they struggle to differentiate between the various chicken sandwiches on their combo menu. I ordered the bacon Swiss combo, but I received the regular one instead and was charged the additional cost. When I called to sort it out, they informed me that I would need to bring the order back, which wasn't feasible since the front was closed! On the positive side, the food quality was good, but the service was quite disappointing.

"Miguel's used to be a place my family loved to visit. The brunch was always awesome and the taco Tuesday was awesome and fajita Thursday was divine. The past 4 visits this year haven't been so great. I dislike having to speak in a negative way towards places that I thought liked me as well as I loved to dine in. First time this year when I saw a change was when I had gotten the fajitas and my rice was so hard I had gotten a rice grain lodged in between 2 teeth and had to fight to get the grain out. When I notified the owner Miguel about the problem he didn't seem to happy to replace my rice. Confused by his expression I over looked the reaction. Second experience was when I took a group of friends in to dine and no one was friendly and I had just spoken highly on the restaurant. Victor was out waiter and we had to send the soup back 3 times for being cold and then the 4th time I said make it to go. Third experience was on my birthday nothing special was said it done and I know in the past they sing and bring a dessert. My nachos was cold but I didn't even complain this time just said forget it. The margaritas were terrible and I didn't want to mention it to Miguel since he seemed uptight the last 2 times. But my fourth experience was just 5 5 22 no Cinco de Mayo celebrating it nothing. I find out Victor had quit. Miguel seemed distant as usual in my past 4 visits. Miguel has always come over and had nice things to say and welcome you in a warm fashion. Well I don't know what this covid has done to people. On my 4th visit he walked right past me and never said a word. He never spoke to my family that was seated inside. I've been a paying customer since the restaurant opened. I feel customers is how you make your money and should always be appreciated. I remember Miguel when he worked at a restaurant before owning one. My family has chosen to dine elsewhere. My brother experienced cold soup on this 4th visit, the margaritas was delicious because of the lovely waitress Sofia Sophia not sure on spelling. She was why I gave the restaurant a 2 star . Otherwise they would get a 0. I would of liked to give a higher star just for Sofia. She was amazing. Sofia is given a 5 star rating. Sorry won't be dining at Miguel's any more."
