"I've tried a variety of dishes from this place, and most have been rather average. The cheesesteak, for instance, was disappointing—it had no onions, and there wasn’t even an option to add them on DoorDash. There wasn’t enough cheese, and it wasn’t blended well with the salty, dry meat. I wouldn’t order that again. The fries were soggy, undercooked, and completely unsalted. However, they did give a decent amount in the small order, so after I put them in the air fryer and added some salt, they were passable. Most of the pizza is decent, except for the chicken with peppers and onions, which I really didn’t like. My favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza, but even that is just okay—not amazing. The standout dish for me has been the penne vodka. It was delicious, and they even included a side of garlic knots that were pretty good too. The girl at the counter seems a bit discontent, but she’s not unfriendly. Overall, I’m giving Zio's three stars. It's pretty average, but there are some redeeming qualities that keep me coming back, especially since it’s the only pizza option in Chinatown."

"Have been to this spot 3x and really want this diner to work. This last time was the last straw; my girlfriend had ordered the Benedict’s Florentine and found an entire egg shell in her egg. Management doesn’t apologize just offers to make another one, waitress had already forgot a Belgian waffle we initially ordered. When the second Benedict arrives, ANOTHER egg shell. Also, I ordered the hungry man for myself, I substituted the pancakes for waffles and they are the exact same price, bill arrives, and that’s a 2 dollar up charge. Nobody comes to check to see if we’re okay, this place can’t even do the bare minimum to apologize or remove items from the bill. If you have absolutely nowhere else to go, still don’t come here. It’s never too late to turn things around, this place doesn’t care, amateur cooks and waitstaff."

"So flavorful, almost brought to tears. So this is not my first rodeo here @Kitchen519. Today I'm unable to be with my dad and am craving steak. Its 1pm and I called to see if there was space for 1 on this busy holiday. I was made aware of their schrdule and accommodated for a.130 seating. For a non traditional, non chain food restaurant I found myself here once again. It's a hidden gem. A pleasant friendly greeter met me at the door. My server Mike has a most pleasant smile and answered my menu questions. I began with a crab asparagus soup(simply delicious. I could taste all the flavors). A 6 oz filet over asparagus, topped with crab hollandaise sauce , seasoned potatoes on the side. To accompany I tasted a house made bourbon sauce and was also brought a creme based sauce (I think w/a dash of cilantro) to taste. Ended off with 2 desserts: vanilla Creme Brule AND blbrry bread pudding. Both rich and dreamy. There is NOTHING else I need to eat today. For local flavorful dishes with a personal twist, Kitchen 519 is your place. Bon appetite!"

"Stopped in for lunch today and Wow! I got the personal pepperoni pizza for $6.99 and my husband had the Ruben with fries for $6.99. Both came with our choice of canned soda. When our lunches arrived at our table we were awed by the size. My personal pizza was 10.5 inches in diameter vs. the typical 6 inches, providing 6 good sized slices. And, the taste--wow. Great sauce, nice crust and tons of cheese. Look at the picture below and how much cheese is on that slice. And, that's the regular amount, not extra cheese! My husband's Ruben was huge and stuffed with corned beef with tasty homemade sauerkraut. The fries were crisp and was equivalent to probably three large orders of fries at a chain burger joint. Both of us were only able to eat half of our lunch. They must be used to this because the lady who took our order came around when we were about done, offering take-home boxes. Mannino's has beer on tap and also sells beer to go with a nice selection of domestic and foreign beers. The menu is extensive, covering 5 pages. Though mainly Italian, it offers some Mexican dishes and a Cuban sandwich which a friend told me was super. They also have seafood platters and a kids menu. Be sure to take a menu with you for the coupons. Great food, great service, friendly people. We will be back."

"I went here a few times but after the first few times the quality of the food keeps going down. I order the same thing every single time. I just got take out from there today. The potatoes were not fully cooked, the carrots of the steamed vegetableswere hard, there was a bone in my salmon, and my pita bread was cold. I feel like this is discrimination."

"Great cheese pizza with lots of cheese. The taco pizza is usually good but the last time I got it, it had a lot of seasoning on it so it was kind of salty because of that, the other times I had ordered this it was not salty so I'll still order that in the future because not many places have taco pizza. The chicken ranchero grinder I asked for not toasted because I don't like when lettuce gets hot but it came toasted, not a huge deal, also it's a messy grinder because of all the ranch . An order of fries is a huge portion, like filled a whole takeout container, the Oreo cake is good also. Love that they deliver and their menu has a lot of options, it does take about an hour for delivery which is standard."

"My husband and I decided to go for dinner, and we were eating an ordered meal. I thought we had a good dinner to pick up my soda and drop them all over the table, they came out quickly and I was very embarrassing. When we were ready to leave, we waited for a few minutes to pass, they said someone took care of it, we were both very surprised that I started crying we had never happened. I would like to thank this person or the people who are so grateful that I will transfer the kindness to the food was very good, would go back"

"Overpriced and overrated. All the salads have the same amount of protein and toppings; the only thing they increase is the amount of lettuce, which makes their large salads feel like a lot of filler for the price. The management is rude and even demands tips when you reach out to them regarding their business issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Instead, go to CHOPT for fresher ingredients, larger salads, and excellent customer service. By the way, the owners of Stamford Salads also own Capriccios, another overpriced and disappointing restaurant in downtown Stamford."

"On 10/13 around 4:45 I brought my son to Crave-Kern for dinner. There were 3 servers and 2 tables seated. They indicated we could sit anywhere. We seated ourselves and waited. And waited. The servers were talking and on their phones. Waited. I figured I would take my son to wash his hands and they would remember we were there. Then two women walked in, were escorted to a table and given menus and water. We went to the restroom and on the way back, I thought maybe we would at least see menus on our table. Nope, so we walked right on out, and over to GeoGeske's. In contrast at GeoGeske's the staff was super friendly, seated us, chatted with my son. Marco was our server, and was so nice and attentive. Bartender and hostess both checked in with us as it got a little busier. I asked if there were any specials, and Marco laughed and said all of their food was special. LOL Food was good and service was excellent. Thanks to both Crave and GeoGeske's for helping to teach my son about bad service vs good service!"

"Husband and I dinned on Sunday around 12:30. The place was not packed and appeared to have plenty of tables available; however, we were seated at a table by the bar/kitchen. We ordered and service was fairly fast but there were no utensils. Had to wait a while for a waitperson to appear so that we could request some. When arrived, we were very surprised to see we were given a plastic fork and knife. Surprised because the food came on a large stoneware platter. The young lady brought the bill and I noticed there was a charge for ice tea and mountain dew we both ordered water! When the waitress appeared I pointed it out and she did correct it. The music was loud and distracting. After playing Tennessee Whiskey, there was a long loud heavy metal and then Neil Diamond!!! Who chooses the music for this place??? I like the food at San Jose but next time I will order take out."

"The owners here use people. They drive a $100k BMW have their kids working here. If you deliver for them, they pay 6 bucks an hour, you're washing all the dishes and doing all the cleaning while his kids take all the deliveries. They hide tips and probably keep half. When i called him out on it, the owner shaddi tells me i look like a druggie. What a joke this guy makes fun of people. He's keeping tips if that's his only response to an older skinny guy who has cancer. I grew up in an orphanage because my mother was an addict. So this really upsets me. Especially since i dont use drugs. Rich guy picking on people that he uses. Well done. They don't clean at all. They have a rodent problem. Dead mice or rats out back and you can smell it."

"What a terrible experience! The waiter didn’t catch my order, and there was hair in my food. When I raised my concerns, the staff acted dismissively. I decided to pay only for the meal and leave. When I went to settle the bill, I didn’t receive any compensation for the hair in my food. The man told me it was just an eyelash, so I shrugged it off and paid for my boyfriend's meal. Then he had the audacity to say there was no tip. As I was leaving, he started yelling for a dollar tip, which was very unprofessional. I ignored him and walked out. Overall, it was rude and unacceptable behavior, and I will never return to this restaurant. I recommend going to Casa Grande for much better food and service!"

"I was attracted to the Chile Colorado as one of only two items on a very extensive menu that was labeled as spicy. Indeed, I was impressed with just how spicy the sauce was, it had quite a kick. Unfortunately the beef was very thinly sliced small pieces of what looked to be inside skirt, cut very thin to disguise its chewiness, and badly over cooked. I don't doubt it is the same beef that's used on their fajitas, and suspect it's representative of a fundamental problem at Nachos. The menu is far larger than what they could reasonably be expected to serve as quality dishes. If the restaurant actually wanted to serve Chile Colorado as an offering, they'd take the time to slow cook chunks of stew beef until tender. With the sauce, and flour tortillas, that could have been a fabulous dish. I'd quote the wife, who, equally disappointed with a combo plate, said that if Robert Irvine (Restaurant Impossible) ate at Nachos, he'd shut the place down and redo the menu. The rice and refried beans that accompanied the chile colorado were fine, sure, a bit bland, but they had a classic flavor for the tex mex sides. The salsa and chips were fine, the made to order guacamole (also rather bland) was good, particularly with some salsa added, though it was an enormous portion that two hungry people didn't get through half. Service was prompt and friendly, though our table was where they congregated and talked at any down moment, which was a little off putting."

"Horrible service. We got sit down right away, And we wait one hour and haft, we try to leave 3 times and the waiter holds us to wait that foos was coming. We got my mom and food first when we told him that we want our kids first, so it took almost two hours for cheese quesadilla?? The fajita was burn, verily the waiter came to check on us. Food incomplete, the manager said that they're short staff, but 3 tables came after us, aet and left. I'm so disappointed, bad food, bad service, please don't come here. Then they came and said that my daughter food wasn't order. You want to loose your time come here"

"I have dined at San Jose several times and have always enjoyed the food and service, but today was a different experience. My wife and I both ordered the shrimp tacos. She had them before and loved them, but this time they were disappointing. Instead of whole shrimp, they were chopped up and mixed with rice, which seemed like a filler, and topped with sauce and shredded cheese. The flavor was very bland. The service was also lacking. The server took our drink order and delivered our drinks, then brought our food a few minutes later but didn't check on us until it was time to present the check. Speaking of the check, it was $2.00 over the menu price for each item and $2.75 for a glass of weak iced tea. Unfortunately, we will be searching for a new Mexican restaurant. I'm not sure if there's a new owner or management, but this place is not what it used to be just a couple of months ago, and it's a real shame."

"I am not a big Italian fan, but my friends like the cuisine, so I went here. The food is not to my liking, but that's because I am not a fan of this cuisine. However, I can tell that I ate Italian food at my friends place that cooks good Italian food and that tasted much better than this place, so, I am only giving this place a 3 star. I am guessing that this is more like Americanized Italian, where all the tastes are dulled down. I like food that challenges my taste buds. The staff was friendly, but note that the ambiance is kind of dark themed with low lighting. The soup was excellent and I would strongly recommend it. Vegetarian options: There are decent vegetarian options. They can also customize most dishes to make them vegetarian."

"This restaurant offers a fantastic selection of delicious Mexican dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. One of my top choices is the Spinach and Chicken Enchiladas—complete with a roasted poblano sauce that's so tasty, you'll want to savor every last bit from your plate. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable, even in today's economy. The staff is both efficient and welcoming, and the outdoor patio is a lovely spot to enjoy your meal."

"Ordered delivery and we were pretty disappointed especially after spending 70$ for my husband and I. Chicken and beef pad Thai were lackluster at best, noodles were over cooked and over sauced with a flavorless sauce. Took two bites and couldn?t finish. We had a 17$ sushi roll that was flavorless except for an extremely fishy taste. The cheesecake roll dessert was pretty good, which was definitely the only thing we ate. Don?t like to leave bad reviews but this was overpriced and inedible."
