"Ok, so I usually don't complain and try to be understanding given hiring post-covid. Before I address the bad, let me address the good. This was what I feel to more of an authentic flare to the food. The food arrived super hot and fresh!!! You could tell it was cooked with care and done as it was ordered. I have no complaints about the decor or the atmosphere in the restaurant. I had a taco de lengua, and it was absolutely delicious. My main dish, carnitas in salsa verde was perfection. So, grading the food and chef, 10 stars!!!!! Now, to the negative. The waiter was without any character or warming experience. Very minimal talking, seemed bothered to refill drinks and it seemed a strain on him to even say your welcome. (De Nada) I would absolutely go back for the food, but unfortunately the experience with service was subpar and I would struggle to return unless service greatly improves."

"as the breakfast in the hotel did not look good, we drove here to eat. larger space than it sits from outside with terrace opportunities and a bar inside seems. a bar in an breakfast restaurant not seen yet. the decoration was cool, panels hanging from the deck, artworks on palette wood lots of light. after a few eyes we sat. it took a minute before our waiter came by, but he brought a carafe coffee and a water pitcher so we could help ourselves. the food took a while and it started to do. I would recommend a reservation if allowed, at the weekends. the traditional breakfast I ordered from iron over simple, hash brews, English muffin and speck was pretty good. Eier cooks perfectly and speck delicious. the Hasch brews were bad. not crisp and flaky. more like congealed potato. his omelette with speck and was great. he liked it. the speck was delish and I took it from his teller. Doesn't hathed browns good either. make sure to turn their coffee cup when they don't drink coffee as the server has charged us for two cups. he cancelled the attack. beautiful place to breakfast. many parking places, but can be overcrowded. restless, but not dirty."

"At first we were happily surprised the place was busy but there was seating available. The issue started inside, it was very loud where we were sitting so the group decided to move outside. They sat at a table but were asked to move by a staff member so they moved to a table to the right of the door as you're facing the entrance. There, we were inundated with bugs while we waited for our food which took a long time. Our appetizers were being attacked by the bugs and we had to keep shoeing them away. When our food finally came out it was brought out piece meal. The last plate by a person literally dripping sweat. Then the bugs were getting in our food, it was not a good experience. Everything took forever, refills, our orders, any requests. I had to go inside to get a few things myself. While sitting there my GF realized the table is located right over two manholes. The staff was friendly enough but it didn't really make up for the rest. I mentioned to the server about the bugs and they made it like that's normal for sitting outside. Maybe they should try to sit there waiting for food for an hour just so you can fight the bugs while you try to eat. We won't make that mistake again. Could have been allot better!!"

"The food was delicious, and I have no complaints about that. However, I did have an issue with the food container. I ordered delivery through GrubHub and encountered two problems: the container leaked, and the plastic looked like it had melted from the heat. While I'm not asking for a change in the containers, I would suggest waiting a few minutes before packing the food in plastic. Even if it’s labeled microwave-safe, I personally feel that plastic and heat shouldn't mix. Thank you."

"Always wanted to try this place so we stopped in. There was a slight wait for no reason at all but we were seated after the host was done chatting with his buddy and grabbing his buddies to go order. Very irritating but we forged ahead. We were seated at a table for six when it was only two of us. Not a big deal. We placed our order and it took over an hour plus to get our food. Mind you, it wasn't busy and people who arrived way after us got their food before us. I'm no complainer so we patiently waited. We ordered a patty melt with fries, steak and eggs and two bloody Mary's. We didn't end up eating the food because by the time it got to us, we were ready to go. However, later that night when we ate it, the patty melt and fries were really good. The steak was super tough but everything else that came with the steak was good. Everything had good seasoning and the bloody Mary's were phenomenal! Our waitress was new and rung in our bloody Mary's wrong. She rung in a virgin for me and the Maria for my husband. Not sure where the virgin came from. The bartender quickly corrected it. However, with that mistake, it made me think she forgot to ring in the food and that's why it took eternity to get. She offered us a fruit bowl to hold us over. All in all, not the best experience and I doubt we'd return. However, the food was really good."

"We recently moved to Moreno Valley, and this restaurant has quickly become a favorite of ours. We've visited several times, and each experience has been outstanding. First and foremost, I want to highlight the wonderful staff – they are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. The restaurant is also kept very clean, which is something I really appreciate. As for the food, it's absolutely delicious! If you're stopping by for lunch or dinner, I highly recommend the spicy avocado burger. And for those coming in for coffee or breakfast, the vanilla cream cold brew is a must-try. My family and I are definitely planning to become regulars here!"

"And it's not Denny's prices either. I remember the traditional Kalamity of the new restaurants, it was very disorganized, but glad to see that they have settled since their opening last year. Since this is also one of the places close to work, I have the advantage of literally hopping the fence if driving is not an option for me. If you don't want to immerse, I suggest an order before time. I passed this place in the hours of the weekend morning, and unfortunately it didn't pick up so much – maybe it was a night? Admittedly, it could be the lack of parking, and it is only valet and the prices are not cheap prices. The combination of the two can be a deal breaker for some. Her food is just 'ok', nothing to fry, although I like her smac-n-cheese, the bowl of fresh fruit is beautiful and sweet, hash-browns are also good."

"Truly fine food served in a very professional manner at an historic setting. A walk through the grounds and seeing the historical pictures are a must. When we entered the Garden Patio there was a smoke from a decorative fire that was taken care of when we commented as we were seated. The food served was perfectly created and each of four different requests were thoroughly enjoyed."

"The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation."

"When first arriving at Kitchen24 with my party of four, we were greeted by a older man with grey hair, and a stand-offish attitude. This made me doubt my selection at Kitchen24, however, instead of being attended to by him, we were helped by Drew, who ended up being one of the most pleasant, warm, and friendly waiters I’ve ever had the chance of serving me in the past. He catered to our every need despite management restrictions, and in general, made us laugh and lifted our spirits. His service was definitely 10/10 and I would come back just to be served by Drew. The food was exquisite, very tasty and was prepared the way we ordered it. The meat we ordered was very tender, soft, and juicy. Overall, an amazing experience, for an affordable cost. Thank you Drew for the amazing service!"

"The server was polite and attentive, which was a plus. The garlic fries were fantastic—honestly, I enjoyed them more than the shrimp Alfredo. Unfortunately, the shrimp Alfredo was quite bland and lacked flavor. My son ordered a corn dog, but it was slightly burnt, so he ended up removing the charred part. The chicken strips were just okay. However, the chocolate milkshake was delicious. Overall, I felt like I paid too much for the quality of the food. The kitchen staff was very loud, making the atmosphere quite noisy, and the restaurant itself was uncomfortably cold. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"it's been a long time since I visited harveys. Previously, it was one of my favorite lovers, but eating and the service had gone on the hill in the last few times when I left. my son ordered a chicken dinner with her Mac-n chess. I ordered the parmasian crooked white fish with wild corn rice and garlic carrots. both excellent dinners. very pleased. we sat right away. they were very busy. everyone was very friendly, from host, to server, to busboy. our server was sweet and very pleasant. only negatiw it took too long to get the server on the table, and for them to take care of our card / check. nice bar, pleasant decor, cool lighting, parking space, outdoor kitchen, clean bathroom. fair prices. I will give a good recommendation again!"

"Last night was awful, we were set at a table with standing liquid and trash under it. Our server seemed as if he was tired and spent more time behind the bar then taking care of his tables. Our 3 meals came out hot, warm and mine was ice cold....I couldn't even pierce my fingernail into my cold cardboard fries! The kitchen must have really been struggling because the three tables around us were visited by the manager for cold or missing items, our table was not visited by a manager. There was a very nice waitress who I found hanging out at the hostess stand, she brought my son a refill of water after waiting 10 minutes for one from our server that never came."

"I hope this prevents someone else from spending $60 on freezer food. My husband’s feet are more moisturized than these baby back ribs were. And he has a prescription cream for cracking heels. These ribs were so tough and dry that I literally had to cut them apart with a knife. Baby back ribs are finger food.It’s cute. Reviews were mostly right about the atmosphere being great. The oddly quiet music awkwardly coerced us into whispering our entire dinner conversation.Our waiter was kind. But he hovered while we browsed the menu. We had two different waiters coming to our table the whole dinner, repeating questions.They did replace the mozzarella sticks with hot ones, but they were SO expensive and only came with four small sticks that were still cold in the middle. For a $10 appetizer? I’d rather go to Sonic. Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp leading inside"

"The order was not correct. They forgot to add chicken on my grilled chicken pizza, and on top of that, they charged me for toppings but forgot half of them as well. I had to ask for them to be added. They offered to remake the pizza, but I would have had to wait another 20 minutes for it."
