"I order the Dubai strawberry cup all the time but tonight they completely ripped me off. There was barely any pischacio cream in the cup and the chocolate was thin and liquidy, not like the actual chocolate they usually use. I'm very, very disappointed, this was my spot to get Dubai chocolate, especially at a $13 premium. I'll be taking my business somewhere else. "I reserved an igloo to celebrate my birthday with my husband, parents, and in laws (6 total). We have never done anything like this before and had the best time. I typically don't write reviews but felt compelled to because of the unique experience. We had great service (both our server Cody and restaurant manager Gwen were taking care of us and were awesome), the temperature was perfect (they have multiple heaters on and blankets available in case you get chilly but also said they can turn up/down heaters at request), the igloo itself was spacious and well decorated, and per usual, the food was great. While it might be a bit costly up front, $200 is easy to hit with 6 people who are ordering food and drinks. We had the best time and I would hands down do it again. We all felt beyond safe as far as COVID goes it's your own little bubble!Perfect for a celebration of any sort, girls night out, you name it!"

"Really didn't know what to expect here at Hellas. Had not heard anything bad; thought it was more Greek orientated than it was. The food was good and plentiful. Reminded me of restaurants in the past where the emphasis is on the food, not the dining room decor. What is weird though, is that you do not know what the price is of the meal until you get the bill. Prices are on the menu, but signs are up on the wall explaining that all prices are wrong, that have risen, but no literature will not tell you by how much. So, my chicken salad went from $9.50 to $12....and an additional $2 per person at table was charged on the bill also. (So my meal was $14...although no where else on the menu or the wall signs told us the equation that would get us to $14. Just rather strange. French fries are great; they must have a thin batter on them before being fried. We'll probably be back; it is only open for breakfast and lunch. It's also right on the way to the Columbus Zoo too. Even with their bizarre attempt to raise their prices, it's probably a lot cheaper than the zoo food."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. My friends and I decided to visit after being turned away from some of the trendy spots in Southport on a Monday night. We sat on the patio and enjoyed a few beers. Our server, Alejandro, was excellent and provided us with great recommendations. We were amazed to discover that all drafts were only $4 after our second round of drinks. The food, including tenders and fries, was delicious and perfect for a bar setting. The restaurant had a large selection of drafts, a great patio, delicious food, and excellent service. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"This charming Italian restaurant has a nostalgic old-world feel that transports you to a different era. Despite the snowy day, the lunch crowd was light, but the food was exceptional. The fresh, delicious bread and light, fragrant homemade minestrone were a hit. The shrimp dish was excellent as well. To top it off, our waiter surprised us with a delicious dessert adorned with a chocolate message for my girlfriend's birthday. We will definitely be returning to this gem of a restaurant."

"When I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes, they seemed to just have chocolate chips scattered on top, almost like a dollop of whipped cream. As for the home fries, they were not what I expected. They were burnt and the shredded kind, which I don't like. If I had known what they would be like, I would have chosen differently. However, I must say that the burger was DELICIOUS—perfectly cooked with a wonderful charred flavor. It was easily the best burger I've ever had, and I can only imagine that the steaks are just as good. The pancakes, despite the chocolate chips being concentrated in one spot, were also quite tasty. They are quite large, which is a plus. Overall, I would recommend this place, but if you enjoy seasoned food, I suggest skipping the pasta."

"The staff here is friendly and competent, providing quick service regardless of the time of day. However, the only downside is that they start shutting down 15-30 minutes before closing time, which they really shouldn’t do. For instance, if they say they close at 6, they actually close the doors by 5:30 and are usually out of the building by around 5:45."

"Mandatory 20% tip. They did not have a physical menu. Had to download a QR code app to read the menu. The waiters won’t take your order even if you beg them to; they get very agitated when you ask them to take your order…You have to upload your credit card and pay via your phone. They refuse to take cash payment.Waitstaff is rude and jaded. They did not say 1 word to us when serving our food—even after we thanked them. It was like we didn’t even exist as people; just dump the food on the table and walk away. During our 30 min wait, we were brought multiple people’s meals by a mistake. The restaurant was only 20% full.I have never seen such a miserable staff…What is the mandatory tip for if there is no service being rendered?Food was mediocre at best.Avoid this money trap and go somewhere more reasonable."

"We had a reservation and we were on time. The hostess said there would be a thirty minute wait. I complained and the manager came over and said since we had a reservation we’d only have to wait 15-20 minutes. WHAT! We had theater tickets and had to be on time. We were finally seated 20 minutes later and then after waiting almost 10 minutes to even get water we got up to leave. The server finally came over. We stayed and ordered. The food was OK. We gobbled down the food, which is not a desirable way to eat. We got out of there as fast as we could. As Seinfeld said in an episode when renting a car, “you know how to take a reservation but don’t know how to keep it. We’ll never go back."

"Great place for happy hour and dinner with friends. Three of us went there for an early dinner on a Friday. The weather was beautiful.so the big doors were open and we were able to sit outside but still feel the vibe from the inside. The servers were friendly and attentive. "I want to start off saying, I’m not slamming the bar/restaurant… but be aware of how much you’re charged. We had dinner reservations at 5pm and arrived early. Decided to have a drink in the bar. Bought two cocktails looked at the prices as signing the credit card receipt. Noticed one was $15, okay thought a little high but they know the prices. Right? The rest of party arrived and we were seated. Our server was wonderful and attentive. At the end of our meal she brought over individual bills which was great we asked for when originally seated. My friend goes to the restroom and leaves me $100 to pay for her bill. As I put the money inside the bill holder, I notice the same cocktail I bought at the bar is now $10… not $15. I ask the server if it had been happy hour for that price. She replied, we don’t have happy hour. I comment on how the same drink in the bar was $5 more. She tells me she’ll check into it. A little while later… maybe a manager, not sure because he doesn’t introduce himself comes to the table. Had zero explanation and doesn’t even try to explain the $5 difference. Just tells me he’ll take the $5 off my bill. Truthfully it’s not the money, but the principle. I tell him it’s very deceitful and how many people are they doing this to and they never notice. Advice look at your bill!!!!"

"Consistently good food in the hot and cold bars. Pay by the weight and it's easy to get good food with lots of choices for a good price. It's also easy to get carried away and spend too much so be careful . The food tastes good though. Being able to get salmon and different meats with lots of vegetable and fruit choices is awesome. Also they have different food stations where you can get made to order sandwiches, sushi, ramen and salads. The cashiers are very nice too!"

"We had just arrived in New Haven for an afternoon exploring the Yale campus and were searching for lunch close to our hotel, the Graduate New Haven, and the nearby parking garage. The restaurant caught our eye with its clean appearance and a lovely outdoor patio, but we opted for the cooler, less crowded indoor seating. We started with a Caesar salad to share. He ordered a chicken gyro, while I went for the traditional lamb gyro. Both were absolutely delicious and came in generous portions. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well!"
