The food was lackluster, earning just a 1 out of 5. It didn’t meet the expectations set by the menu, and unfortunately, I couldn't find anything that truly stood out. The service was slightly better, rated a 2 out of 5. The staff seemed friendly but didn’t seem to be attentive or particularly helpful during my experience. On a positive note, the atmosphere of the restaurant was decent, receiving a 3 out of 5. It had a nice vibe, making it a suitable place to dine in. However, I won't be returning anytime soon based solely on the food quality."

My hope is that this review helps boost their business, especially after the challenges they've faced over the past nine months, including the current dine-in restrictions that have significantly affected River Inn and other local eateries. We truly love River Inn and want to support them, just as Jodi eagerly assists every youth organization that seeks donations."

"I attempted to place an online order for the St. Michael location, but the system wouldn't accept any payment method, whether by card or the pay-in-store option. It kept indicating that the order wasn't completed. Frustrated, I called to order over the phone, but the person who answered was laughing mockingly at everything I said. As a result, I decided not to place the order and hung up. The last time I ordered from there, the pizza had about 3-4 inches of crust all around, as they skimped on the sauce and toppings. I'm not sure why I even considered giving them another chance. I don't recommend this place. It's a shame because they used to be good."

"When I call the Domino's in Saint Michael, I expect to speak with someone who actually works at that location, not a call center representative who struggles with English. When that person sends me the wrong order, I believe I should receive a refund for the food I didn’t order. If I ordered a burger at Applebee's and received chicken instead, I wouldn't pay for it—so why should I have to pay for food that wasn’t mine? Yet, they won't issue a refund."
