"Just go elsewhere The food is okay at best. Definitely greasier than all the other local pizza places. Their new melts are the greasiest things I 've ever seen that is considered edible. The cheeseless-bread is even greasy (not buttery, GREASY). The cheese sticks are some of the worst tasting and worse textured cheese sticks I 've ever had. And I know its something food-places do to save on food waste, but using the SAME CHEESE for EVERY SINGLE ITEM ON YOUR MENU, ruins a menu, especially when you 're putting cheese on things that arent even supposed to have cheese on them. And that 's not even my opinion, that 's just how yall are. Because those items are advertised as such WITHOUT CHEESE, AND we ordered them as such WITHOUT CHEESE, but they do not arrive that way what-so-ever because this place does not know how to do basic food service. They ALWAYS get stuff wrong when we order delivery, and they charge more for delivery than other local places, so its just better to go in. Especially if you have food allergies or preferences. (Ordered vegan stuff once and did NOT get vegan stuff, even though its advertised as vegan on the website) If they have to replace/remove something, they wont tell you until they 're already at your door with your (wrong) order, and they wont take it off the bill or do any fixes to the cost. Every time I come here I just feel like I shouldn 't have. You can remodel your store all you want but clearly that doesn 't make your service or food better"

Can't reach on the phone, let it ring for 3 mins and can't get the website or app to accept my order. Great food when it works but so painful to order ilk go else where every time.

We went there when the whole building was under construction. The signs were off a bit. We got lost because we couldn't tell whether that was pizza hut or something else. Thank God there were 2 pizza hut cars parked outside and we just used whatever door and thank God we got our food. The food was very tasteful. My daughter liked it. We had ordered chicken Alfredo pasta. And it was quick and on time. The only problem we had was location confusion and ongoing construction

DO NOT ORDER THE BIG NEW YORKER!! I ordered the big new yorker with extra cheese, but what i received was a very cold pizza that looks like its been sitting outside for a couple days. the outer crust was burnt, some pieces wouldnt even break apart it was so crispy. less cheese and pepperoni than a normal hand tossed large!! the manager could not find my order, i gave him my address and phone number. so, all that money i spent (plus ten dollar tip for delivery driver) down the drain View menu

I've ordered from this restaurant twice now, and both times it took hours for my food to arrive! I placed an order tonight at 5:15 PM, and it's now 7:18 PM. I tried calling to inquire about my order, but I was hung up on three times. Finally, I was able to speak with someone who expressed their dislike for their job and mentioned that the owner was a terrible person. At this point, I'm just trying to get my money back. I'm so disappointed and will never return to this restaurant. From now on, we'll stick with Andy's.

Some nights they won 't answer the phone. Which is a real issue when they 've forgotten things, or the order is wrong... which is frequently. They are currently with out a store manager. So the regional manager in filling in. She doesn 't do refunds even when they sent out cardboard and wrong/missing food. I got a hold of her (after leaving THREE messages which she claims she didn 't get). She offered me a $25 credit on a $70 order. She repeated multiple times well what do you want me to do and said she would send me pizza now, even after me telling her my family isn 't home, it 's 2pm. Rude and unhelpful.
