"I’m a regular. Been a fan of the King Arthur for years. My advice is that you dine in. Busy or slow, your pizza is served within 15 minutes. Today was the first time we decided to order online, paid in advance with our credit card and included a tip. We were given the pick up time so we drove and parked in front. We were on time but the pizza was not. Hostess asked us to wait another 10-15 minutes. 1 hour later, we were still waiting. Giovanni’s was jamming and I hadn’t observed any take outs from the time I arrived. My husband finally asked for a refund and was then given a designated Uber eats order which was placed 20 minutes after my order. Don’t bother asking for a manager. This is a pizza joint."

"visited brugos several dozen times since they moved to this place. this visit was quite different and will not return. the menu prices have become ridiculous. eating was just fair. I ordered a pasta court with rigatoni only 20 minutes later to say that the kitchen was from rigatoni. on Saturday evening there was an incident in which the owner had a differentiation with a gas and caused a very unpleasant scene. I will not return."

"I was searching for a local spot to eat in Bushwick and received a recommendation from a couple of college students. It turns out this place is one of the original creators of New York-style pizza by the slice. As someone from Chicago, I can vouch that this pizza is just as delicious as anything we have back home. I tried the Hawaiian with hot honey and enjoyed it so much that I had to order another slice. The Brooklyn slice was even better! I left feeling full and satisfied, all for a total of $12 including a drink."

"This place is a joke every time I visit. Jackie, who handles orders and payments at the front, clearly doesn't understand what customer service means. I placed an order over the phone, and when I arrived at the restaurant, she informed me that she had given my order to someone else. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, she proceeded to answer other calls and take orders from other customers, completely ignoring me. There was no communication about how this situation would be fixed. In fact, she even hid behind a wall to continue taking calls instead of assisting me or finding a solution. Eventually, one of the cooks came to help, but she wasn’t aware of the situation because Jackie hadn't informed anyone. She offered to remake my order, which I accepted, but honestly, I wish I had just asked for a refund instead. The food was cold and seemed very rushed. This location really needs improvement, especially someone who can properly keep track of orders, as Jackie clearly cannot."

"I recently dined at Joseph's restaurant and had their burgers. The experience was fantastic! The burgers were cooked to perfection, juicy, and full of flavor. The buns were fresh and complemented the fillings well. The service was top-notch, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. We opted for water with lemon, which was a refreshing accompaniment to our meal. The newly painted dining room, updated lighting and decode upgrade made it top notch. Overall, I highly recommend Joseph's restaurant for all their delicious menu items and excellent service."

"On another night, we returned for dinner and enjoyed wonderful service along with fantastic food. I ordered the steak, and it was cooked to perfection. We also learned that the Fireside’s owner closed the restaurant and opened a new one, where he is more hands-on. I hope it will be just as good as Fireside. A few nights later, my sister and her husband arrived at the hotel, and we decided to have late-night drinks and dessert after a show. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing, taking about 20 minutes for our orders to arrive, and the desserts were subpar—not worth the calories or the wait. I ordered a chocolate martini, which was just okay. Before heading to the airport, my husband and I had one last lunch at the restaurant. The service was mediocre, with our steak knife missing, but the food was very good. Overall, I'm hoping they get back on track when they open again. Right now, though, it feels like a hit-or-miss place, which is why I rated them fairly."

"I made reservations on line for nine people and the only slot that was available was 9:45 PM on Sat. 10/21/17. We arrived early (approx. 9:00 PM). As we walked in we saw many tables outside and inside vacant. I gave my name to the hostess, one was very, very nice and said they could seat us in about 3 mins. Another hostess came over and said, no your reservations are for 9:45 PM so you will have to wait. I said something to the effect of (how rude you do have many vacancies. With that being said we were seated in 10 mins. The rest of the evening was great. We had the best waiter (John) and our food was wonderful. I especially loved my choice of ravioli with mushrooms and spinach. We will return and hopefully the hostesses will all be cordial. Thank you."

"The food consistently tastes very good. Always fresh. Salad bar is limited but adequate, and again is fresh. Service is always slow and scarce. Over 4 yrs it takes forever to get seated. No one is on the floor for the longest time. You better order two drinks because you could die of thirst before they refill your glass. I always get offered another drink right before they finally look up to bring the check. Four yrs watching all the guests trying ti get service to come out of the kitchen. This may be why they offer hefty coupons. Food is 4-stats. Service 2-stars inly because they do smile at you before they disappear."

"This was my 1st dining here and overall I really liked the relaxed environment. Everyone was very friendly. The relaxed atmosphere reminded me of dining in Europe. Everyone takes their time and it’s not a rushed environment and I really enjoyed that. If you are in a rush this probably isn’t the restaurant for you. The vibe is very chill. Now on to the food. I left feeling like a stuffed turkey. They food was good and we ate so much. I would recommend the French toast and the crab quesadilla. The shrimp and grits were cool. I liked that the quesadilla came with rice and it was kind of sweet which balanced out the savory taste of the quesadillas. I would say the food is well balanced. The French toast were like French toast sticks they weren’t overly sweet which is great. It comes with a sauce on the side which was really good. I would definitely dine again for brunch. And the drinks are good I got the guava Bellini and we also go the Cesar salad that was pretty good. Oh and the corn bread was pretty good."

"The night started with the hostess crying and being rude to walkin customers. I made a reservation, but was still seated late because the table took forever to get cleaned up from the previous party. When we were finally seated, the table next to us had their child playing on their iPad with the volume blasting. Good thing they were finishing up their meal so it didn’t last too long. We finally ordered drinks, the crab crake to start and the porterhouse steak special with a couple sides. The drinks came right away and the crab cake shortly after. The time between getting the crab cake and our main course was about mins and not once in that time period did our waitress check up on us. When we finally got our steak, it was undercooked and cold. Our sides were cold as well which led me to believe that our food was sitting out for a long time. We were extremely disappointed and just wanted to get out of the restaurant as soon as possible. So rather than sending the food back, we just quickly ate whatever we could, paid, and left. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism in that restaurant was nothing like I’ve ever seen before. I live in Tribeca and I will never come back to this restaurant again nor will I recommend it to anyone purely because of the customer service"

"Nice little cafe with a good selection of Mediterranean food. We were seated quickly and the rest of the service was fairly quick, even during a busy lunch time. We started with the hummus appetizer and then got two wraps which we split between us Chicken Tawook and Falafel (fried). Each of the wraps came with a small container of hummus and a pita wedge. Nothing fancy in presentation, just the wraps in a basket with the pita tucked underneath. We both preferred the chicken over the falafel. We will return and explore more of the menu"

"I used to love their food however lately , the rice has been under cooked and hard , and they serve the food extremely sloppy , it may be because the have a lot of clientele , but is disappointing , another thing i will point out there are about 4-5 girls they rotate the shift , and a lot f times their too busy talking among themselves or about them to even acknowledge the people waiting . "This was the first time I dined at this establishment. I would personally rank this location as an above average steak house. It isn't bad nor is it great, it is a solid restaurant. We had the Ahi Tacos as an appetizer and it was excellent. We also enjoyed our cocktails a lot. When it came to our main course we had the 12oz Filet and brussel sprouts and creamed spinach. The steak wasn't as tender as I have enjoyed at other equally priced restaurants. The sides were okay again, not great. We feel we will go back and enjoy cocktails and appetizers in the future. I don't think anyone will be disappointed going here."

"I haven 't been here in several years, yet after visiting the Pink Dot Express down the way, I made a trip over to their original since they didn 't have what I was looking for. But this place sure did, and then some. Not only did I find my awful Alka-Seltzer original chalky tablets, they had some random foreign candy as well. I 'm sure they had some other awesome stuff but I didn 't feel like sticking around. They didn 't have any Sudafed type of stuff though, which is another thing I was searching for. No minimum on card purchases either, so this was great. Machine does ask if you want to leave a tip, so you can bypass this if you want. Kid working was competent, and got the job done. Parking lot is shared with a Boot store, but I think they 're all closed down so there was plenty of parking when I went. I 'd definitely stop in again; you never know what you might need, and for the most part, Pink Dot will have it.Actually went back for the second time within the week, and I swear the guy working was AI or something, he just looked too 'on ', and even the way he spoke was strangely robotic. But that 's okay, he rung me up properly and did his part."

The turkey is incredibly tasty, and the variety of bread is as if it has just come out of the oven. "The working conditions at this restaurant are terrible. They employ high school students and have them working late hours on school nights, only to inform them via text about unexpected shifts on school days. Even requesting a weekend off with prior notice is met with dismissal. I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau, as the management needs to treat their employees with more respect. While the customer service provided by the young staff is commendable, the real issues lie with the owners and management. Many have witnessed the poor treatment of employees, and it's likely this struggling business will fail again. Additionally, the food does not justify the prices, and the bar is inadequately stocked."
