"My girlfriend was feeling like having pasta so we decided on Piero's. We had never been here so it was nice to find somewhere new. We started with the free bread which doesn't come with butter but rather a pesto oil mixture. She didn't care for it but I liked it. We then shared a Greek salad as an appetizer but my one complaint is that it was far too drenched in dressing. It left an almost overly salty taste with each bite. For main courses I ordered the carbonara and added chicken and my girlfriend ordered the pasta along with forno which is essentially a baked ziti. We both agreed that the carbonara was the better of the two. The pasta tasted better and had a different consistency. Highly recommend the carbonara. The Al forno was very good as well, it just was in an unfair fight from the beginning. We finished with a tiramisu. It was a very large slice for the price. It was fluffy and light but still quite delicious. The service was good. Our waitress was busy but still made sure to stop by for refills and to check on us. For a Friday night, a reservation is recommended. It was quite busy when we got there at 8:20 so thankfully we had an 8:30 reservation. The ambiance definitely feels cozy. There's a local feel to it that's hard to describe but it's nice. The bar top overlooks the pizza oven as well as a chalk board with drink specials on it. There's also a private dining area you can reserve for special events! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I would happily go back. They also have lunch deals M-F so if you don't want a large serving, that could be the move for you."

"My first time here and it seemed like they were not open, as the curtains were pulled down and the doors were closed. It was actually open and pretty busy on a Friday night. We found a table and were not sure if the waitress would take our orders or if we had to go to the bar. We waited for a while and my friend beat a waitress to ask. Shortly after the order. Looks like a good HH menu. My friend's mojito didn't like her. She had done it twice and both returned. The margaritas were good. There was a family downstairs and her little child stopped and looked at us. I was surprised to see children there. It was earlier, so it's probably the reason. I was also surprised how much it came out when the night came later. It seems like a beautiful place I'd look at again."

"Exceptional, exceptional, exceptional. Did I say exceptional??? The service by Kevin was super!!! the food was delicious, the owner was walking around the restaurant, helping out her staff. Clean, nice ambiance. Great white sangria, the tortellini, fried ravioli, and vegetarian stuffed shells were delish. Their bread was to die for. We were so pleased with everything, we ordered a 14 inch NY style supreme pizza to go. This definitely beats all other Italian restaurants we've dined in Savannah. Decent prices and adequate portions. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful dining experience"

"I have been to lunch here a couple of times and really liked the setting--on a golf course--and the food and service. This was the first time my husband and I tried dinner. We were interested because I saw something in the IJ about a Duo entertaining for free. The duo was fantastic. (I don't remember their names. They sang at just the right level and great songs. We were seated in the back of the restaurant and had no problem with the noise--even from the bar. I had the Range Mai Tai, which was quite good. Then I had 3 oysters at $1 each--raw, Rockefeller, BBQ--and we shared a ragout and a chocolate mousse for dessert. I would have the mai tai and oysters again, probably not the ragout or mousse, but there were many other choices at fair prices."

"Went with friends for happy hour cocktails and appetizers. Of course the beer is brewed my Lynnwood, had one of their IPAs and would say it was good going down. Ultimately drinkable, not the best though. Had the boneless Buffalo wings and those were quite tasty and lava hot when they came out. Food selection is typical bar food fair and judging by the wings probably pretty good with cocktails. Atmosphere is crowded bar, sights and sounds. Be prepared for the noise and having to talk over it when having a conversation. Kid friendly-ish, not much for them to do but they can be loud and it's likely to be drowned out amongst the din of the crowd. Service is attentive and quick, even when it's busy which is great. Overall would recommend for an informal outing."

"We had a wonderful lunch before going to the theatre. The manager and our server Liza were both friendly and efficient. The salads and burgers were cooked perfectly. The service was excellent and we had plenty of time to relax before the show started. My only recommendation would be to offer a lighter lunch menu with smaller portions for those dining before the theatre. We ended up leaving quite a bit of food on our plates because the portions were so large."

"Decided to try this place out based on a recommendation but I was highly disappointed. Service was standard, but the food and cleanliness of our table caused issues. My table was dirty and sticky causing me to lay down napkins as a barrier. Next was the food. The rosemary truffle fries were good but I ordered a black bean burger that was so dry and overcooked that it was crumbling and had a burnt flavor. By the time I started eating it (ate all my fries first) I was over the meal. I ended up taking the patty off the bun and only eating the veggies and bread. The waitress came over to start clearing the table when I showed and told her about the quality of my burger but nothing was done. Was not pleased at all with the food and not sure if I will visit again, especially since it was at 230pm and it wasn't even busy."

"Surprised by the delicious chicken dinner I had with Thin slices tomato,lite sauce, brocolli cooked just right with mashed potatoes. Dined with 6 other people, all were happy with their meals. Waitress great although she had a big section to herself, no helpers, clearing or pouring water, she handled it all with a good spirit. And the price is quite doable. We'll return for dinner. I've been there several times for lunch, usually have salad bar which is great lots of choices and everything is fresh"

"I ordered two Chicken Caesar salad wraps and instead got a Caesar lettuce wrap . No chicken in either wrap. I ate one of the wraps at 2 pm so I said maybe its me. So later in the night after the gym at 10 pm I was going to have the other wrap. Irecorded myself unwrapping the wrap it so when I speak with the owner he could see I wasn't bull #iTTING him . I called theshop numerous times to speak to the owner and left various messages and the owner would not call me back. When I spoke with theguy over the phone who was behind the counter he said they normally put two once's of chicken which is still nothing but therewas nothing in this wrap but lettuce. Stay away from this place"

"We got there for appointment and was not an issue being seated. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes for a waiter as he sit there and talk to another customer and not even turned around to tell us I’ll be right with you. We had to wave him down to order a drink in an appetizer which took a while appetizer must’ve got lost after that we placed our meal order. Our food came in. It was a baked potato and a ribeye steak and a salad sounds good baked potato was good was dry and wasn’t even Sizzling or the butter on top didn’t seem to even be melting over my eyes "

"Much better than I anticipated after reading some of the recent reviews. Ribs were meaty, tender (not freezer-burned) the fried shrimp, while not particularly big were lightly-fried not over-cooked. Tator tots grilled zucchini were both perfect. Service in the bar area was sporadic, but we weren't ignored, they were just busy dealing w/ all the folks spread out throughout the place. No complaints today. Didn't try it today, but the salad bar looked fresh plentiful."
