"Much better than I anticipated after reading some of the recent reviews. Ribs were meaty, tender (not freezer-burned) the fried shrimp, while not particularly big were lightly-fried not over-cooked. Tator tots grilled zucchini were both perfect. Service in the bar area was sporadic, but we weren't ignored, they were just busy dealing w/ all the folks spread out throughout the place. No complaints today. Didn't try it today, but the salad bar looked fresh plentiful."

The food here is pretty standard but good. My teenage daughter loves coming here. I did not have the salad bar but it looked well supplied and delicious. They finally updated their restrooms, too, which was a big plus in my book.

The Ruby Tuesday near my home has closed, and I used to visit once or twice a week just for their salad bar! I recently took a trip to Huntsville, and I knew I had to stop by Ruby Tuesday. Without a doubt, it's the best salad bar I’ve ever experienced! View menu

They did a fantastic job here today. The salad bar was fresh and they put it together just as requested. I had the classic cheese burger and it was cooked exactly how I asked and it was juicy and delicious. Good job by everyone as they returned to business in return following COVID 19 shutdown. I will return here.

"I planned a birthday dinner for my daughter's 15th birthday at this establishment. Called twice to make sure they could accommodate my party size and that the day and time were acceptable. (I called twice because I was told a manager would call, but they didn't so I called back 2 days later). I was assured that date and time were acceptable and that they wouldn't be able to sit all of us at the same table but they would have us in the same section of the restaurant. I was excited because it was going to be my first time at this establishment and I had heard great things. However, I received a phone call less than 48 hrs before my reservation time and was told by the assistant manager that they would not be able to guarantee that my party would be in the same section. So, I took the time to confirm the actual number of attendees (15 20 people) for the dinner and called back to inform them of this in hopes that they could work something out (due to this last minute notification) and was advised that my reservation had been canceled. I was also advised that if we decided to show up they would sit everyone, but we would run the risk of being spread out across the restaurant. I expressed my grievances about the last minute change and the fact that they were not willing to try to make any accommodations. As I stated, this was going to be my first time at Cajun Steamer and to have such a poor experience is extremely disheartening. I don't appreciate being treated as if we weren't going to be paying customers. The fact that my reservation was canceled without my consent and them not trying to provide a reasonable solution for the last minute change shows me that there is a lack of business acumen within their management team. I understand that they have a small space to work with, but their inability to accommodate my party should've been made known upfront not less than 48 hrs before my reservation. To lose a customer before they even have a chance to visit your establishment is truly sad indeed."
