"I returned the next day to try more dishes and had the grilled gator bites and the Creole black ribeye with blackened shrimp. The gator bites were tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious. The ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and was incredibly juicy and flavorful—I just couldn’t eat it quickly enough! The shrimp were equally impressive, looking as good as they tasted. Kelsey took great care of me again on my second visit. Don't miss Cajun Steamer if you're nearby! Highly recommended!"

Large group lunch and we had excellent service. Everyone enjoyed their food choices. Mine was exceptional! I had the Redfish Rockefeller. I couldn't stop eating it even though I was full. It was just that good! New favorite dining location!!

I really enjoy NOLA! This restaurant felt like part of a chain, but the food was outstanding. The service was impeccable. I ordered one of their featured dishes: chicken with balsamic glaze, and I highly recommend it! Just a heads up—if there's a Category 5 hurricane, don’t plan on driving! I’ll definitely be back again.

This is one of my favorite spots in Huntsville. Originally from the New Orleans area, I can confidently say this is the first place I've found that truly captures the essence of Cajun food and the overall vibe! To top it off, our waitress Kelsey was incredibly friendly and professional, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Great job, Kelsey!

My husband and I decided to try this place and it was delicious. I had to the bourbon fettuccine and he had the Melvin chicken. Both were excellent but honestly his was better. All of the flavors combine: the potatoes with the perfectly seasoned chicken and sautéed onions with hint of hickey bacon and THAT SAUCE!!!LAWD! Definitely coming back to try other items on menu. This place is simply amazing. The menu was fabulously put together and it was really refreshing. They had both indoor and outdoor seating. Finding a place to park can be difficult due to its location alongside other restaurants and shops.the service was great, the people were friendly and the food was quick! Will be back for more as their menu had so many great options that it was difficult to choose.

Very delicious nawlins style eatery. Waitress was very friendly and fast, Consistently checking up on us. What I ordered as pictured was the redfish with shrimp and mashed potatoes. Pastalaya, fried boudin, fire shrimp and bread pudding with ice cream. Everything was seasoned well and tasted top notch. Will definitely visit again if I'm ever back in Huntsville, Alabama. This pace is definitely a gem and worth a try. Good food good staff.
