"First time at this restaurant. It was probably some of the best American Mexican food I've had in a long while. Both the food and service were top notch. Salsa was flavorful with just a touch of heat. Several employees came by to make sure we were happy with everything. Food just made to perfection. The restaurant was decorated nice, very vibrant. We don't live in this area but if we did this would be a place that I would eat at often. Pics show one of the burritos, street tacos with toppings and cheese dip."

"My wife and I have visited about 5 times over the past few months. The staff is always friendly, and well versed in the menu. The menu changes seasonally and they are happy to make a recommendation and describe the flavor of a new dish. The food is always amazing and plated beautifully. In addition the cocktails might be enough to to draw you in on their own. A great list of signatures, and always trying new things. Both food and beverage, they seem to always try and be creative, deliver on amazing flavors, and keep you wanting to return for the friendly atmosphere. I cant recommend them enough and hope everyone stops in for a bite."

"We had the food delivered to our home, and the bread was soft and delicious. The meat was not overly processed or salty, which we appreciated. We wished there had been more meat in the sandwich to make it feel like a big Italian sub. "Come in here twice a week and today the costumer service was the worst yet. Porsha was too busy texting at the register to take any orders. Literally stood there for three minutes before she even looked up from her phone. When she did, she just looked bothered to be there. Manager on dute was also rude, Dominique, I think it was. Rolling her eyes when costumers ask questions about the ingredients because she's too busy flirting with her boyfriend sitting at the bar. This location has really gone down hill the last few months."

"incredibly disappointed by our eating and service on Friday, 4/8/22. it was not packed, but there were several customers. we ordered drinks, my man had the drink of the day and I had a cosmo. our waitress said, I don't know how to make the cosmo, I have to make my manager that the comment was not necessary, it really doesn't matter who makes the drink, just smile. then the manager brought it and said that I didn't make one of these in like 4 years, I hope it's okay again, comment not necessary to bring the drink and say enjoy and if it doesn't meet the expectations of the customers, they will say something. we ordered the meatballs as an appetizer. I have our salads and asked for more rolls that were set at the end of the table, not near us and the butter was both adored to us. we asked about the meatballs, and the waitress said she would get them. we waited, got our main course and then the meatballs appeared. our waitress says that she just showed up when she (the runner) brought her to eat there were other tables sitting after us, who also ordered appetizers that they quickly received. but the most disappointing part (except the meal itself) was when we were finished with the meal, our waitress never asked that we wanted to whisper, or something else; she slapped the bill at the end of the table and went away. She never told us that she has to pay at the table, nothing. I get that they are overworked, but we still pay customers and deserve to be treated respectfully. the service as well as the food were under standards."

"Soon as we got taken to our table by the hostess the table was already dirty, when she came back with a rag she didn't even clean it off probably and there was still food left on the table and all she did was wipe the crumbs onto the chairs. Had to go back up to ask and didn't respond so grabbed the rag myself and finished her job for her. The manager was right there as well and saw the whole thing and didn't say a thing. Would not recommend coming here if this is how the management is."

"I have had carryout pizza several times now. Both thin and thick crust are very good. Always get sausage and pepperoni. Both meats are the best out there. The bone in Buffalo wings are tender and tasty. The cheese garlic bread is good as well. The cinnamon squares dessert is a Must for those who want a fresh baked after dinner treat. I believe PAUL is the best employee at the Mexico Road location. He makes my visit enjoyable. He always asks if my carryout order was error free and that I am very satisfied with the food and service. All things equal, I would rather order her and stop by due to PAUL'S customer service I receive than any other Pizza carryout !!!"

Having limitless fry’s of salad is bonus. Some of the menu items as alternative to the unlimited items could better be indicated. Had a quirk on the last order. Service for most part has been positive, sometimes depends obviously on the server and number of customers in restaurant. Large menu options when it comes to burgers. Not certain some of the items are try to value. Maybe some items are overpriced. Good location. Recommended."

"This was my first visit to Kyoto, and I was not disappointed. We were seated immediately, and our order was taken promptly. It was fairly busy, but the staff was on point and had everything going smoothly. The chef was very friendly, and clearly a pro at cooking on a flat top. The food was simply delicious. In my opinion, the fried rice and lo mein were some of the best I've had in my 50 years on planet Earth! They have a sushi bar that is separate from the dining area, so there's lots of seating, whether you want a meal or just a drink with some sushi. I highly recommend Kyoto!"

"Was 3 cars back from the drive thru window and had to wait 15 to get TO the window so you would think in that time ALL my food would be fresh. You would be very wrong. Let 's start with the simple order that I placed: Whopper w/Cheese meal, no onion, no tomato with Onion Rings and large Coke and Chicken nuggets. That 's it. The Coke was small, but at least is was coke. The Whopper with Cheese was sort of warm, the nuggets were warm but the onion rings they were in a word, DISGUSTING!! They were so old there were not only cold but they were stale and super greasy. SO what did I do? Well I attempted to contact the store and was redirected in trying to go to the survey. I tried a different route, going direct to the actual location page instead of the Burger King page and had to got to Customer Service. Through a chat app, I was asked questions, answered ALL of them, got to the end and it offered for me to explain my problem LAUGHABLE after going through all of that, it wouldn 't even allow me to type in the open space nor would it all me to just submit everything I just did. GOOD JOB BURGER KING Seems obvious that the system is so over burdened by complaints that people can no longer share their experience either good or bad. I used to work at a BK and I will tell you that not only did the store I worked for INSIST that the food was prepared correctly and freshly but it was CHECKED, which is called Quality Control, done by the expeditor (who puts everything into the bag) and then it is offered to the guest KNOWING that everything was in the bag and everything was hot and fresh. Sadly it is RARE to find anything close to this kind of service at the Jungermann location this was a 2nd chance for them because my 1st experience was also horrendous, everyone has a bad day. In this case, they have bad employees who are not trained in customer service or quality control and they take no pride in the job that they are supposed to be doing."

The worker made a simple mistake of listing the Royal Chicken sandwich as a Crispy Chicken. We tried to correct it by letting the worker know the screen was incorrect and we asked again for the Royal Chicken. The screen flashed but Crispy Chicken remained the same. We just figured it 's okay, we 'll just let them know of the error at the window...problem solved? No. Pulled up and told the person working the window that the Crispy Chicken was incorrect and it should be the Royal Chicken. Said worker says nothing, closes the window, leaving us to assume they were on the way to fix it. Few minutes pass and they askes for payment, no problems there. Not long after that they bring the drinks and the food. We say our have a good afternoons and start to leave. Then realizing we didn 't get a receipt.(Food experience)Our Onion rings were mush and not cooked all the way. The Chicken fries seemed like they had been sitting under a low temp heat lamp all day, cold and sponge like. Both 'sides ' were disgusting for said reasons.Now on to the sandwiches, a whole separate issue, but ties into the drive thru experience.Even though we tried to correct the Royal Chicken sandwich mistake 2 times, I still received the Crispy Chicken. The Big King was made with a regular double cheeseburger base and not a Whopper base. If you eat at BK you know a Whopper is bigger than their standard double cheeseburger.The Whopper was the only item we received correct, a side from the drinks, they were alright too.(Fixing the issue)We take our order into the store and they begin fixing the mistake. We didn 't want replacement of the gross sides, just the correct sandwiches.We get our replacements and open the bag to 2 of the same exact sandwiches as before. So we then had 4 incorrect items. But at least 2 of them were free.We then went home.The sorry excuse of a Big King was good other than the size.The Crispy Chicken sandwich was anything but crispy the breading was sliding off and, just like the chicken fries, the pattie seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. I took a bite and some of the meat was hard and brown, THE MEAT NOT THE BREADING, beyond disgusted.Will not be going back to this location."

"I tried going to three different Jack-in-the-Boxs and none of them were open when they were supposed to. I called this one The lady was rude on the phone telling me that she just change the fryer grease write it up and I don?t know why you would do that at open instead of before open or close. When I finally got there and ordered my food she gave me attitude because I was ordering dinner at breakfast time I work 12 hour overnight shifts so when I get off in the morning when it?s breakfast for most people it?s dinner for me if it?s on your menu and you?re serving in at that time and you shouldn?t give your customers grief about it. I want to tacos but because they just change their fry agrees I couldn?t get it OK no big deal so I got two plain cheeseburgers instead the problem is they weren?t plain. I?ve worked fast food for many years I know how stressful it is but I was literally the first customer of the day if that?s how you treat your first customer how are you going to be towards your last customer. And to top everything off she started grilling me on where I worked because she doesn?t wanna work there anymore which is very obvious"
