"I must commend our server, who managed everything almost single-handedly and ensured all our needs were met. The Bulgogi cupbap, topped with a fried egg, was fantastic. It was hearty, flavorful, lean, and seasoned to perfection. The bowl featured white rice, corn salad, sausage, stir-fried kimchi, bean sprouts, and green onion. The corn salad was a real treat, resembling a creamy potato salad but with a buttery flavor.
The Tofu (Vegan) cupbap was also excellent; the crispy tofu paired wonderfully with the corn salad, lettuce, and kimchi. I appreciated that the kimchi had just the right amount of garlic.
Now, about the mochi donuts—pure perfection, just out of the oven! Since this was a soft opening, not many flavors were available, but the blueberry and cookies and cream were incredibly tasty and looked beautiful in their box. One flavor had a powdered cream cheese-like taste, which was my personal favorite.
