"I'm giving one star today due to the poor customer service. I placed my order online for pickup, and when I arrived, there was no one at the pickup area. I waited there without anyone asking if I had a pickup order. One of the female employees then got on the register at the pickup area and started calling over people in line to place their orders. She completely ignored me, even though I was standing there first! A simple question about whether I had a pickup would have helped me grab my order and leave. Instead, she prioritized taking new orders, which left my food sitting there getting cold. Thanks to her, my meal was cold!"

"I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. It has the worst service I have ever experienced. I truly don't understand why this establishment is still open. The chef in the kitchen is disgusting - he doesn't wear gloves while cooking or preparing the food. I even saw him wipe snot off his nose while handling the food. Trust me, if you read this review, you'll know exactly who I'm talking about if you visit the restaurant. It's a terrible and concerning experience."

"This was my first time at Red Lobster and sadly it will be my last. The experience left a lot to be desired. Despite the negative reviews my friends and I took a chance and decided to eat here. There were a list of things that went wrong. Even though the restaurant was relatively empty the waitress took about 20 minutes before she came to our table and took our orders. The selling point of the restaurant is or was the biscuits. When brought to our table the biscuits were cold and dry, which was a little disappointing as that was my friends selling point in getting me to go. The second of biscuits was better, it was hot and moist. I ordered the ?Ultimate Feast? which includes lobster, crab and shrimp along with two sides: broccoli and fully loaded baked potato. The food took about an hour to reach our table. With the exception of the baked potato everything was cold. Despite the temperature my lobster was cooked well, however, my friends? was overcooked and tough and her broccoli was undercooked and hard. Also, despite the restaurant only having a few patrons the waitress rarely came to the table to ask if we needed anything or to remove the dirty dishes. My friend asked for more butter and the waitress brought out a heap of unmelted butter and not the sweet cream butter one normally eats with seafood. More importantly, my surprise birthday was ruined."

"I went to the Union Missouri Dairy Queen on March 25th, 2024. I ordered 4 orders of pretzel sticks and a large root beer and they only gave me 1 order of pretzel sticks and the large root beer, but when I went back around the 2nd time to try to get my other 3 orders of pretzel sticks, they only gave me 2 of the 3. I went to the drive through twice and they still didn't get my order right. Both times I got to the window, 1 of the kids working was just dancing around and a couple of the other kids working was laughing and joking around. If I'm being honest here, they need to be retrained or fired. I wasn't happy, and will not be going back to the Union location again. Even though I live in Union, I will be taking my business to the Washington Missouri location."

"I usually visit three times a week and always order the cookies and gravy. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is consistently quick. Even if there are three to four cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, I typically wait no more than five minutes. The staff running the place are extremely fast and courteous. I highly recommend it!"

"The food was served cold, and there was hardly any cheese in the macaroni and cheese—it was extremely dry and tasted like plain pasta with just a few bacon bits. The chicken tenders were barely coated in sauce and looked like regular tenders with no flavor. The spinach dip was good, but the fiesta chicken was just okay. I won't be ordering from here again; it seemed like there was no effort put into this order. Additionally, the delivery was very late, and I'm not sure what happened with the driver."

"Recently ordered from this location and am extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of this location, meal quality and service. I would strongly urge all to avoid this location. The inside was unbecoming of a eating establishment as it did not appear clean. The food quality has significantly dropped off form in the past. The rotisserie chicken was extremely dry. The cornbreads which were always amazing and baked and made from corn are no longer baked or made from corn. Instead they appear to have been done via microwave and from some sort of batter that's used for making biscuits...totally awful. Lastly, the manager on duty did not appear to appreciate my business. I say this because upon asking for dinner plates for a 4-family dinner she claimed she had none and instead gave me cereal bowls and essentially rushed me out the store. Totally regret not supporting another one of the hundreds of restaurants in town."

"I’ve been a vegetarian and a loyal Qdoba customer for the past five years since moving to the US. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I think I will no longer be ordering from them. My last three visits have been disappointing, and I'd like to share the details of the last two incidents. First, about a month and a half ago, I ordered a veggie bowl through DoorDash. I specifically requested a taco shell on the side when I called, but when my order arrived, there was no taco shell, and about three or four toppings were missing. Instead, they added pickled onions, which I never asked for. The portion size was smaller than expected, and overall, the taste and quantity fell short of what I anticipated. I called the store to voice my concerns, and a kind gentleman assured me I'd receive a free meal on my next visit. Fast forward to today, when I placed another order through DoorDash and mentioned the free meal during a call with the store. The manager denied the offer, stating they couldn’t provide a free meal but promised that today’s order would meet my expectations. I ordered two veggie bowls with taco shells on the side, which she made sure to include. However, when I received the order, I was shocked to find that the contents of each bowl only filled about 40% of the container. More than half was empty, with hardly any rice or beans. While the taste was still good, it felt as though they had intentionally reduced the portion size. It was so disappointing that I didn’t even bother calling the store again. They had never been attentive to issues in the past, so I've decided it’s best to stop ordering from Qdoba entirely. Goodbye, Qdoba. You've lost a genuine customer who once truly enjoyed your food."

"We had never used the drive-thru during the lunch rush before, and we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff. There were three people taking orders, which made the process quick and easy. They even had a mister set up to keep everyone cool on such a hot day—talk about looking out for your employees! The staff was friendly and swift in their service. Of course, we love the food, but this time we were particularly impressed by the overall service."

"We drove two hours for my husband's birthday brunch on Sunday. We had hoped to sit outdoors and watch the freighters go by. The outdoor patio was closed and that was sad since it was such a lovely day. This was not mentioned on their website. Our server, Tony was personable and perfect. He was the best thing about our dining experience. We won't be going back since the food was just fair and a disappointment. There were several choices but the fish was mushy, the beef and peppers were chewy, the eggs Benedict were overcooked, the bacon was too salty. The desserts were substandard. The peach cobbler was made with canned peaches, the eclairs and strudel were still frozen. My husband did like the waffles, roast beef, ham and breakfast sausages. Others had told us the food wasn't that great but we wanted to dine outdoors so we took a chance. We should have listened to our friends and family."

"Two Que's Cafe is now my favorite place to eat. The food is always fresh, bursting with flavor, and will impress your taste buds! The tilapia cooked with onions and peppers in a light curry sauce, served with garlicky mixed vegetables with a hint of ginger, was absolutely delicious. On my first visit, I tried the Eggplant Parmesan with penne pasta, while my friend opted for the shrimp, calamari, and scallops sauteed in a buttery wine sauce over pasta - and both dishes were a hit. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and you can either call ahead for takeout or bring your own bottle to enjoy a meal in a warm and inviting atmosphere."

"I had a truly amazing experience at the Union branch of Sonic Drive-In Fast Food Restaurant. The food was incredible, and the customer service was outstanding. The shakes were absolutely phenomenal—honestly, they're so good that it's hard to believe how quickly they arrive after ordering. You might think they were either made incorrectly or pre-prepared, given how fast they get to the customers. The service is lightning-fast, with orders reaching customers in no time. As for parking, there's plenty available at this Sonic Drive-In. Each vehicle has its own designated parking spot, which the staff refers to as stalls, ensuring there's ample room for customers to receive their orders and smoothly pull back onto the highway. "Great place, had a great time at grand opening only down was when my son asked the girl if he could spin the wheel she said no I already sent you inside when she literally is showing us in the door. He didn't care if he won only that he got the spin the wheel, broke his little 7 yr old heart that he wasn't allowed. Aside from that had a great time and enjoyed food greatly. Also we met with family there great place. We even returned tonight for another round whole family loved it."

"I wouldn’t even get this Taco Bell a 1 in service. Today I was in the drive through. 4 people I’m front off me so I was unable to get out on the line. When trying to order the person on inter-come said they were busy and asked me to come inside and order. I said how can I get out of line to do so when I had for cars in front of me. He said either way you would have to wait. Which makes no sense if I’m already waiting in the line. Clearly frustrated I said why not shut down the drive through if they were busy and not taking orders. He said “why don’t you just go home and cook.” Unbelievable customer service …such a shame how people are treated any more."
