"We came in at 8:20 on a Tuesday night. Our waitress is called Carly. She was very attentive without being even a little pushy. Our service was truly excellent. We have an autistic son, who is a very picky eater, and we usually order his meal before our own. We ordered pancakes with home fries for him. We are always apprehensive because we are never sure if he will eat. My wife began feeding him his pancake, and to our surprise, he started eating the home fries all by himself. He was obviously enjoying them very much, so I tried it myself. It was the best I've ever tasted. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My complements to the chef, Tomas. I ordered a Greek salad, and my wife ordered a vegetarian pita wrap, which came with a side Greek salad also. While we were waiting for my food, I had a Long Island ice tea, which was delicious and refreshing. I had another with dinner. Every ingredient in my Greek salad was fresh, from the feta to the kalamata olives to the stuffed grape leaves. It couldn't be guaranteed that the dressing is vegetarian, so we had our salads dressed with tzatziki, which was excellent. To top it off, I ordered the Black Forest cake, my wife's favorite, which was the perfect end to the meal. The frosting had little candy pieces in it, which was a nice little plus. I cannot recommend the Odyssey Dinner highly enough. My entire experience was impressive, the prices were eminently reasonable, and I encourage everybody to give them a try! Thanks for reaching."

"This restaurant has tremendous amounts of potential, held slightly back by small little details that add up. First off, the venue is beautiful. The vibe, the decor, the location, it's absolutely excellent and sets the mood perfectly for any event. Having two levels leaves plenty of room, and spacious dining rooms. Next, the service staff is kind, welcoming, and helpful. However, they are missing some core rudiments which I would expect of a venue like this: regular stops to fill water, or dropping a water glass for self service. walking through the menu, offering suggestions for popular or seasonal items letting you know up front which dishes are good to share, and which are better ordered solo. The great thing is, the impression I got from the staff was that they're all incredibly eager, and willing to learn they may just not have been trained to do so. I say this in part because we noticed a manager making rounds of the guests and staff, and generally also glossed over these finer points of hospitality. Once impressed at the top, I have no doubt the staff would immediately take up the challenge and excel. Finally, the food. The bar program is impressive! I wanted to stay all day to try all the drinks the Bourbon Blaze was our absolute favorite. No notes, solid drinks. For the food, we found ourselves a little disappointed with discrepancies in description on the menu, and what we got. For example, for the Short Rib hash we were expecting potatoes akin to, well, a hash. Instead, we had a disappointingly small wedge of potato the short rib was plated on. Also, we ordered two dishes of short rib, and the salt levels were pretty different between them. For portion sizing, I had the country egg Benedict, which was also a bit on the saltier side, but more importantly was overwhelmed on the plate with salad. I loved having the salad with the Benedict, but the salad actually partially covered one of my eggs this was an overwhelming amount of greens that obscured the fact that I had two to begin with. In this particular case, less is more. Finally, for the desserts, the portion sizes were massive! Very, very generous, but I wish I had some warning up front how big the banana pudding and the apple crisp would be, either by the server or the menu. Each of those dishes could serve at least two people and we ordered one for each of us. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement, and I hope they do! Heritage has a lot of promise and I'm excited to see how they implement changes and improve further. I will absolutely come back to track their journey. "Very upset on what I just experienced here. I placed an order online and their system is very limited to modifications as well as the kids section doesn’t allow you to put drinks. So after I placed my $114 order I called them to explain themodifications I needed and what drink my child wanted (which another employee before told me to just call and let them know tohave it ready taking their advice . So I called not even 5 minutes after I order and explain if I could switch the kidssteamed broccoli for mixed veggies which they said they can and to add the kids drink a ginger ale and my jambalaya pasta sinceI can’t have mussels to add extra shrimp which I’ve done in the past when sitting down at the restaurant as well as insteadof veggies with my steak I asked for double Fries which I was able to modify online and all steak being medium . I showed upwhen I got the text it was ready and the girls in front clearly didn’t take down my note or care to do the modification Iasked. Thankfully I checked my food before leaving and told them they didn’t change the broccoli to mixed vegetables, theydidn’t give me the drink and I had to double check with the girls if that meant they didn’t even mention the extra shrimpsince I removed the mussels , the one girl that stayed with me said she wasn’t the one who spoke to me and doesn’t know . Nobread or bruschetta was in the bag . I also had to wait and extra 15 minutes for the mixed veggies. Also no double fries with mysteak but they added veggies and steaks were well done. The point of calling was to 1. Make easier for them and to do it beforethe kitchen started the food and 2. To not have to bother them when’s I’m there and also to have my food ready . Highlydisappointed , paying $114 for food and couldn’t get simple request done and not how I ordered my food and still having towait for them to do something I gave them a head up for and time to do . Apologized lightly and mostly avoided eye contact withme , I was"
