"As a DoorDash driver, I 've had the opportunity to visit numerous restaurants, but my experience at Oven Brothers in Warminster, PA, truly stands out because of their extraordinary staff. From the moment I arrived to pick up an order, the difference in their approach was palpable. Upon entering, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly hello from the staff. Despite the busy atmosphere of the restaurant, they acknowledged my presence right away, which is not always the case in other places. The hostess quickly directed me to the pickup area, where the order was already being prepared. What really impressed me was the efficiency and organization of their system. The staff had the order ready and accurately packed, ensuring that everything was in place for a smooth delivery. They double-checked the items with me, showing a level of attention to detail that was both reassuring and appreciated. This meticulous approach not only made my job easier but also ensured a great experience for the customer receiving the order. The team at Oven Brothers was not just professional, but also genuinely friendly. They engaged in quick, pleasant conversation while I waited, making me feel valued and not just another delivery driver. It 's rare to find a restaurant where the staff is so considerate and attentive to delivery drivers, and it was a breath of fresh air. Moreover, their promptness in handling orders was remarkable. I 've had experiences at other restaurants where I’ve had to wait longer than expected, but at Oven Brothers, the staff was quick to assist, ensuring that I could stay on schedule with my deliveries. "Upon entering Harrigans, I immediately felt a sense of relief. It was clean, spacious, and didn't have the lingering smell of smoke or stale beer. The place was bustling with people, there was a band playing, and March Madness was on the TVs behind the long bar. As we were shown to our booth, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Sean Harrigan, and his wife. They were incredibly friendly and outgoing, offering their assistance since it was our first time there. Sean checked on us personally a few times, making us feel very welcome. We enjoy supporting locally-owned businesses like Harrigans and the Harrigans themselves. Despite a delay in service due to a large family party, the food was outstanding, and the beer was cold, making it money well spent. The steak bites appetizer was phenomenal, perfectly seasoned, and tender. My wife ordered bone-in wings with honey BBQ sauce, which were cooked perfectly and served with delicious blue cheese. I opted for the cheesesteak hoagie, which came on a fresh roll with tasty meat and cheese, accompanied by fries. One minor suggestion I have is to use Heinz ketchup instead of a generic brand. It may seem small, but it makes a difference to those who appreciate quality condiments. Despite this, the food was still fantastic and we are excited to return and try more dishes. During our second visit, my wife had the wings again while I tried the quesadillas and bang bang shrimp tacos - both were delicious. The bang bang sauce was a highlight. The food came out quickly this time, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck, which had brand new trex decking. We are looking forward to spending summer evenings there and taking part in the various activities they host, such as car shows and happy hours on Saturdays. If you've never been to Harrigans, like us, I highly recommend giving it a try. The atmosphere is great, the food is top-notch, and supporting local owners like the Harrigans is a bonus. We have found our new favorite spot!"
