"Worst service I've ever had in a restaurant. We arrived with our confirmed reservation, and were told they had a private party, and could not take us. They offered nothing, no recommendation, nothing. Then I saw both of my parents had fallen. The handicap ramp was broken and pieces of cement were missing. Their walkers got stuck. We asked for the manager, who took information and offered to make us a reservation for the next day with a $25 gift card. We accepted. The next day, we arrived and they said the reservation didn't count, there was another list to go on once we showed up. It would be a 30 minute wait, with no place to sit. My parents couldn't stand for a half hour. So much for service. We left again, never to return. The serious lack of business sense tells me this place will not be around much longer, and I hope I'm right. Shame on you, Mike's."

I would the pricing was ok but the service wasn’t great. The night we were there the band was really good, we unfortunately were outside and it got chilly. Wish there was sides on the tent because it was chilly and breezy

it was so loud that I couldn't even hear people on my table. it felt like I was eating in a high school cafeteria. we sat at a table in the room with a bar. I would have preferred the dining room. our waitress was very good and eating was also good. View menu

Yesterday to my no good shower and it was wonderful. I've never been to mikes before and I'll be back in the final. the room for the event was beautiful and perfectly dimensioned. the staff was great and the food was delicious and best to be the braut and her fiancé seemed happy

my mom and I ate here for Mother's Day yesterday. the food was super-Lummer-Bisque was our favorite! the waiter was excellent! my mom is 93 and sometimes I feel waiter and waiter almost talking to people who are older - but our waiter wasn't so on the way, at all he was upbeat, polite, attentive- just perfect! will be back to lunch! thank you for helping to make our Mother's Day special!

my server never told us their names. the food came out quickly and was edible. but everything else was so slow. we were not welcomed for more than 5 minutes, she went from us many times before. tables around us also in their section talked about how they had to ask for drinks several times to actually get them. it was not busy so there was no reason for the service to be so bad. I'm moving into the opposite and trying to try new spots. I'll never be here again. View menu

We have eaten at Mike’s several times in recent months. This most recent experience was not as good as others. Although the food was good the service was a bit off. The restaurant was busy for early evening on a Monday but we asked for time to look over the menu as we were with friends and it seemed like the server forgot about us. We did not order until almost 45 minutes after we were seated. Also it was a very hot day and it was not very cool inside the restaurant.

First time back here since they renovated and apparently renovated the menu. The loaded fries were anything but loaded. They were a giant disappointment. Fries coated with thick canned cheddar cheese. Hardly any bacon. Pizza was not as it was before either. It was good, but it was so much better when the older gentlemen made them. Did not see them there. Bar was slow and bar tender doesn't even wear her mask right. Seating was not spaced out, especially around the bar. Server appeared to be new. She did her best, but definitely needs more training. Likely will not be back any time soon
