"Last night we had a party of three and decided to eat in Ruven's. We've been having breakfast for a long time and last night, for the first time dinner guests. Our server was attentive and accommodating. Our meals were served, a dinner was unacceptable. Half a roasted chicken was boiled and the green beans burned. I decided to discuss this with the manager. When I told him that the meal was overcooked, he informed me that he saw my wife cut into the chicken and told me that the white meat of the chicken will be dry. That was an interesting feedback considering that they were busy, and he never saw our way. I found his comments unacceptable, and an apology was never offered. In addition, we were calculated for the side salad and ice tea that was part of the dinner. That was also unacceptable. A manager who does not accept feedback tells me that I'm basically wrong doesn't belong to the business. This was our last time we feed at Ruvens and I will share our experience with friends and family. Totally unacceptable and insulting behavior. There are many other ways to eat in the area and lose customers will not build your business when you take care."

"I would give this place more stars if I could! It's one of the best restaurants in Parsippany. I'm surprised to see that it has less than five stars. Any negative reviews probably come from someone having an off day and not really expressing what they meant. The staff here are incredibly courteous and even let me make changes to my order that I didn't expect. My colleagues and I were blown away by how delicious the food is! I will definitely be ordering from here again!"

"Went to Terilli's for my birthday with the family. We all had a great time. They have valet service, so there was no problem parking and got seated immediately. We ordered drinks, appetizers, dinner and dessert. Were in and out of the restaurant in less than two hours. Everything came out as ordered, and tasted delicious. The marinated crab claws were very tasty! The jazz duo was a nice addition to the ambiance. We will certainly be back!"

"Drove by this little pizza restaurant it reminded me of the small little restaurants in North Carolina. I made a U turn pulled into this pizza spot. I went in ordered a small cheese for dine in. My brother me sat down ten minutes later the pizza was served. If you love pizza, you’ll absolutely love Honeyspot pizza. The pizza was amazing. It was crispy without burning on the bottom. I was born raised in New Haven CT, so I know pizza. Honeyspot pizza was crispy delicious. If you love pizza, you have to try Honeyspot pizza #3 in Branford. I want to thank the pizza chef for the amazing pizza he makes."

"**First Visit**: We visited on a Sunday at 6 PM for dinner, and the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. The server was incredibly friendly and highly recommended their Chicken Alfredo. We ordered our usual diner favorites: a farm omelette and sunny-side-up eggs with wheat toast. The kids opted for Chicken Alfredo, French toast topped with strawberries and whipped cream, spaghetti with meatballs, and chicken tenders with fries. We also indulged in their chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert, which we absolutely loved! The cake was so soft, and the server even brought over a whole bottle of whipped cream so the kids could add extra sweetness to their treats. We will definitely be returning!"

"WARNING: STAY AWAY!!! This restaurant has seriously declined. Our visit to JB's on 8/17/24 was disappointing. One person in our group ordered a half rack of ribs with sides, but the ribs arrived ice cold and undercooked. After taking a bite, he couldn’t eat anything else because the taste made him feel nauseous. We informed the server, and while they removed the cost from the bill, it really ruined our night out. Now, 12 hours later, two other members of our party are also feeling sick and vomiting. We tested for COVID, anticipating that question, and the results came back negative. It seems clear that the issue stems from poorly prepared food at this location. We spent $180 on a terrible experience and will never return. I advise others to take their money elsewhere."

"We really enjoyed the atmosphere. It reminded us of the type of restaurants that we visited as kids in the 70's and 80's. The pizza was great. The crust was perfectly made. "The bag was securely fastened, and the drinks were wrapped in clear plastic for safety. The omelette was massive, and the grilled cheese was delicious, paired with large, crispy curly fries. My only complaint is that the side options are limited to grits or oatmeal, neither of which I enjoy. This is my second time ordering from this restaurant, and the quality has been consistently excellent. I'm definitely going to make this place a favorite!"

"I usually Don't leave Reviews but I told myself I would if it ended up being any good, and well it was. I was a little worried with some of these Negative reviews but you really got to take those with a Grain of Salt. I got the MeatBall Sub Footlong and it was probably the best meatball sub I have ever had. To some, $10.00( On Doordash) may seem a little high but it's definitely quality meat and huge, I could only eat half and I always eat a Footlong from Subway, so I think it's priced accordingly. Will be ordering again"

"Don’t know if they are short-staffed, or if they need better training. We were immediately seated and a drink order was taken. We then waited 25 minutes for a beer and the “drink of the day”. We submitted an order for an appetizer and it arrived timely. We ordered our dinners which also arrived timely but we needed refills on beverages. My husband had to get the server’s attention and asked if we could have water while we wait for our refills. Good thinking on his part because the refills took another 20 minutes. The food was just okay. Really hope they can improve on food and service."

"we enjoyed our evening in the copper canyon grill very much. there was live music, and it was good. Although there was a fair bit of ambient noise, we could still hear ourselves easily with normal voice. we liked that there were lighter above each table so that we could read our menu. our server was wonderfully knew the menu well, could make recommendations and was attentive. eating was very good. the chocolate uprising we had for dessert, was enough for at least 3 people and delicious. the price lets us say only for special occasions, but we would go back."

"For the first time service was bad. I have been here a number of times. The waiter did not clear the dishes at all. Usually dishes are cleared according to the courses served or replaced. The waiter did not clear the dishes, except partially, one time. When I needed a carry out dish, he just set it on top of the pile that was already o the table. He eve had to reach over the dishes to pick up the check. When we left, the table was still full of dirty dishes."
