"I go to this Casey's a lot and while I don't write many reviews I wanted to write this one. There is a worker named Derek that is an incredible human. Every time I am in there I see him go above and beyond for his customers, making people laugh, andoverall just making people feel welcomed. Today was no different as I saw him make sure a customer got their sauce packet thatthey left behind to go with their lunch. There have also been times where I have gone in for my daily coffee, super exhaustedand run down from my day and he would do a little joke that just turned my whole day around and lifted me up. If ever there wasan employee who deserves all the recognition it is him."

"I have been here before and have been disappointed with a couple of dishes. However, I love the staff, and I just went in for French Onion Soup and a Margarita. It was good. It's very cheesy, but you have to cut up the bread to make sure to get a little in every bite. This place is great for a special occasion. "The ambiance at this restaurant is fantastic, with plenty to see all around. Even the restroom has its own unique flair. Pictures of menu items displayed on TV make it easy to plan your next visit. The service throughout the meal was exceptional, thanks to my server, Kari. I had the Udon with Katsu broth, which came with chicken, crab, and vegetables, along with a side of shrimp tempura. The pricing was just right, and from the very first bite, I felt like I was transported to another world. If you love ramen, you know the broth is crucial, and this one was absolutely perfect and incredibly satisfying! For those looking for vegetarian options, they also offer a veggie-only ramen bowl."

"Great concept but very poor execution. I like the idea of fresh foods, custom sandwiches and diy salads but unfortunately this Jason?s is not up to par, actually far from it during my recent visit. The workers seemed very unsure of what they were doingand it looked like it. There seemed to be more cluttered tables awaiting clearing and cleaning then empty and occupied tables.And we didn?t see anyone clearing them until we were ready to leave. The salad bar was also messy and many items looked veryunappetizing. There was quite a variety of ingredients though so I was able to pick and choose those I could tolerate. The drinkstation was also covered in splatter and looked like it hadn?t been wiped all day. I know it is supposedly tough right now toget enough good workers but that doesn?t mean standards of cleanliness can be simply ignored. I will not try this Jason?s again."

"UPDATE, the manager reached out and we had a conversation, he listened and resolved the concern and welcomed us back. I’m very happy with the customer service and updated my review. Everything is usually GREAT! I’m confident it will be next time. Normally Flemings is very good on all accounts. We went during restaurant week and the experience was poor. There were several times our drinks were out, even water, and no one checked on us. The server was super busy covering too many tables. Food was not the normal quality when we did the restaurant week deal. Has to ask for every single thing needed. Expected better as previously it has been better."

"This was the first time I had ever tried this place. No one recommended it, I just saw the restaurant and decided to give it a try. My husband and I, along with out 2 year old order from here and it was amazing. The pork chop was damn there grilled to perfection. It was succulent, tender and have a distinct flavor that I enjoyed quite a bit. My husband order arroz con pollo and he said the fried rice was delicious. We even ordered dessert, which was different but in an exciting way. I would definitely recommend this place if you looking for something different. This place just spelled out 'authentic ' in every aspect. The staff was super nice and had smiles on their faces. Even my daughter ate most of her meal. But beware the portions are much larger than I initially thought, which was a delightful surprise to me. Thank you for making my first time visit a smaching success. "We enjoyed a fantastic meal at Eat Thai, Thai Eatery yesterday afternoon. It had been a while since our last visit, but I was really craving some authentic Lad Nah or Rad Nah, and I knew Eat Thai would not disappoint. Lad Nah is a delicious dish of wide rice noodles topped with stir-fry gravy sauce. What sets Eat Thai apart is the wok-charred noodles and perfectly seasoned flavors of the light gravy. The spicy version was just as hot as I had hoped for! This is definitely a must-try dish. We also ordered Thai Fried Rice with chicken without green onions for the kids, which was just as tasty as I remembered. My son ordered the Orange Chicken and said it was almost his favorite (Shanghai being the top). The dish was crispy and flavorful with perfect orange flavors. We also had the Tom Kha soup with chicken, which was served piping hot and creamy, although I was too full to enjoy much of it. Lastly, we tried the Panang Beef, which was sweet, creamy, and saucy. If you haven't been to Eat Thai, it's worth the trip. Aom and her staff are fantastic and make you feel like part of the family. Thank you, Aom, for another amazing meal! We'll definitely be back soon."

"This restaurant is always a great experience! They put on an excellent show, the service is consistently attentive, and the food is exceptional! Everything is prepared in a teppanyaki style, meaning the chef cooks it right in front of you at your table, often showcasing impressive skills with the utensils and sharing a few jokes to make you laugh. All the dishes have an Asian flair and are absolutely delicious! They also have a nice birthday celebration where the birthday guest receives a dessert, and the chef comes out to take a photo with them. It's always a fun time with a delicious meal!"

"This Chick-fil-A location is great! Clean, great service, fast, hot food, and never messes up the orders. The only reason I put 4 is because the prices nowadays are outrageous. I can get a better, thicker, more filling, crispy, and flavorful chicken sandwich at Raising Cane's. The waffle fries are also never crispy, and often don't fill the whole cup (so there's no point in getting a large when it's the same as a medium). You get a lot of little tiny scrap pieces of fries too. Having a rewards/loyalty account with them doesn't really reap that many benefits either to justify the price, or get discounts or specials. I used to get free little treats now and then at this location on the app, but I have gotten almost none the past few years to keep bringing me back. But it's good food, and great to go with friends and hangout. Although Chick-fil-A is no longer our top/first few choices due to the high prices. The ice cream cones are AMAZING though, and I can't get better ones anywhere else. This location on University doesn't skimp out on the ice cream quantity either (like the one in the Jordan Creek Mall does)."

"I was here twice with my family and had a great experience every time. On a Friday afternoon when the restaurant was not very busy, but welcomed and received a menu immediately. Our server was super nice and friendly and the food came fast! The first time we ate here, we ordered the Build Your Own Mac (less with Grazianos sausage and mushrooms) with their Pub Pretzel Stick, along with their Hot Ham Mac and Cheese (Texas Toast, American Cheese, Ham, and Mac and Cheese) with the Onion Tanglers (ion rings). Both tasted great. I definitely recommend getting the Pretzel Stick as a page. It is basically a soft bread stick on the inside with crispy pulp on the outside...win...win. The Hot Ham Mac Sandwich is surprisingly not falling apart, and it is not overloaded with Mac and cheese, but has a good balance. I also ordered their Ham and Potato soup (as a lighter option): nothing overly exciting, but it tasted like a classic homemade soup. Our second time there, I ordered the Build Your Own Mac again and added Brisket (available on Friday) with blue cheese and broccoli. Also get a victory slap on the pub Pretzel as the page. It was great! The Brisket is definitely Craspier (sometimes unexpected), but a beautiful texture and smoky taste added to the Mac. We also ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich, also very good, and ended with a clean plate on it. This place will probably be one of my family's most important go-to restaurants."

"Finally, a good meatball bottom. Every time I order a meatball Sub in a restaurant, I usually get a combination of too much bread, tenderness and meatballs that taste as if they were frozen for 8 years. Pickerman's came with perfectly roasted bread, a large red sauce and delicate/tasteful meatballs. Every time I go to this place, the people who work there are nice. Good job!"

"I will add this review of photos, what I get every time I get here next time? Just because I haven't entered yet, is because I get everything I get quite instantly when I get my food! I can confidently tell them that this is the best Chick-fil-A around, I routinely have 30 minuets only come to this place and can only say a bad thing at this place so far at a particular occasion, I have in the regular always the spicy chicken deluxe and had a dancing of the fries not hot and crunchy and my sandwich always so easily roasted. the spicy chicken bread is amazing! although I must be honest here. it could be much hotter, it's not spicy enough for me, but any medium and if I could wish anything from Chick-fil-A as a whole, it would be that she's a truly spicy chicken sandwich, a sandwich with real heat, a crazy hot sose and spicier brot! the fries here are 99% of the time always hot, well salted and crispy, absolutely no complaining about the fries other than when they are not fresh, it kills completely what I know they are in the position to be. huge pieces of chicken for a chicken sandwich I will not complain about at all, and I hope that never changes because it's worth it! the original deluxe is just as good as the spicy, but I am part of the heat so that you are the best imo:Great place! nice workers and fast, but during the rush hour .... it sucks! it is to be expected, though this place gets so many customers from a reason. it's great! child-friendly: the workers joke and talk with their children, always have a happy job to take orders and talk to the parents, as they order, always a smile of them and really only seem to work happily overall: proud that if they take care of their workers, they are happier"

"The smoothies are very large (you could split them between 2 people. The food is relatively healthy, but not that challenging to make. The cheese quesadilla is a complete waste of money Don't get that item. The quesadilla doesn't taste bad but it's ingredients are tortilla shell cheese microwave... I will be back for this smoothies but probably not the food, because I can make the food at home for a eighth of the price. Five stars because I don't regret going there and I will be back for some of their items, it's also a great option if you want quick healthy food and don't have time to make it yourself. much healthier than a lot of other options in the area and the service is very very fast."

"That said, I found the fajitas to be lacking the authenticity I was hoping for. Like many fajitas I've encountered in the Midwest, these were more reminiscent of a stir-fry than traditional Tex-Mex. The portion of meat was quite small—just 2 to 3 ounces—paired with a hefty serving of onions and bell peppers. With a few sesame seeds and some soy sauce, you could easily mistake it for a dish from Panda Express. Authentic Tex-Mex fajitas, in my experience, are made with skirt steak cooked over an open flame, served medium, and presented on a plate alongside the veggies rather than mixed in. Despite the fajitas not meeting my expectations, I still rated our experience a 4 due to the excellent service, friendly staff, and the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant. I just wish the fajitas had lived up to the Tex-Mex standard!"

"I ordered a chef salad with no cucumbers. She put cucumbers in it, but no tomatoes. I told her she was fine to leave the cucumbers in it, but that I did want tomatoes. She said no tomato . I repeated that I did want tomato and she repeated no tomato again before turning around to put the lid on it as it was to go. Then she handed it to me and walked away to the next person. It was so busy there was no way to get anyone 's attention to fix it. I didn 't even want them to remake it without cucumbers, just also put tomatoes in it. And no, they weren 't out of tomatoes, other people after me had them.Never had an issue with the one downtown in the skywalk, though. Just this one on 50th."

"This was my first visit, and we were unaware that the ownership had changed recently along with much of the menu. Unfortunately, this was disappointing because we were really looking forward to trying their famous calzones. However, we did enjoy the seafood nachos, especially the scallops, which were our favorite part with their perfect flavor. I would definitely return just for those! I want to mention the new owner, who provided very kind service. Although the service was a bit slow due to being short-staffed, the owner took the time to ask for our feedback on how they could improve, which I appreciated. He also noticed that we barely touched our meals and kindly adjusted our bill accordingly. With an approach like that, I sincerely hope he finds success! It’s just unfortunate to see popular dishes removed from the menu with new ownership."

"I’ve come to Mahalos for years and always had great mini donuts, which is why the review is three stars. I was disappointed recently (AM 10/31) when I bought a small mocha and half a dozen mini donuts for ten dollars and the donuts were cold. I went back in and explained they were cold and that I’d either like warm donuts or a refund and the person working seemed genuinely annoyed that I didn’t want cold donuts. After I stood there for a minute they asked again to clarify that I wanted not cold donuts and made fresh ones. After I drove away I tried the coffee which was the wrong order."

"I have passed by this establishment many times and finally decided to stop in today. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the coffee he suggested for me was bold and smooth, with none of the bitter aftertaste that some coffees tend to have. "This is a regular place for my office for lunch. I think I've had about a third of the menu, and everything has been amazing.If I had to make a complaint, and I would really struggle to find anything, I could say that level three spiciness is not very consistent. Some days level three is barely there; some days level three hurts a little. I'm leaving my review at 5 stars because I kind of love that, but I could get why some people might not."
