"Wow, what a $40 disappointment for dinner. Driving through the area and had a craving for sushi. Min Ghung was over 45 minutes away, and Kama Sushi's wait was over 45 minutes. Found this place through Yelp. Decided to try them. First, no one greeted me for over a couple of minutes upon my entrance. A few employees made quick eye contact, then just ignored me. A small group of two was already waiting by the entrance and they asked if they could be seated by the bar, where there were 4 empty chairs. The host told them someone would have to clean and get it ready. I figured I should ask instead of waiting for them to acknowledge me. I was told by the host/cashier that there wasn't any space at the bar and that the other two individuals had waited, so I too should wait. After they seated those 2 individuals, I asked again because it was evident there was enough room to fit 3 more adults at the bar, let alone just one more. This time, the host finally relented and say, go ahead. This is one of those AYCE places where you fill out their ordering sheets for sushi and kitchen items. I checked off a few kitchen items and some sushi. Kitchen items came out, 3 out of 4 items arrived. Sushi items missing 5 out of the 14 items I had checked. Missing yellowtail nigiri, red clams, masago, salmon nigiri and eel avocado rolls. The eel nigiri and short ribs and shui mai from the kitchen were pretty good. These 3 items earned them 2 stars, otherwise would be 1 star. The salmon sashimi were tiny cubes that were no bigger than ones you would get in a poke bowl. Spicy tuna was more than half crunchy fried dough fillers, not sure how much tuna was actually in it. Submitted a second order sheet for the missing items, after waiting 15 minutes, finally told by sushi preparer that they were out of yellowtail and red clams. BTW, their red snapper was talipia, NOT red snapper. Will not be back."
