"Many changes since the business changed hands, most of them NOT for the better. I've often received indifferent service or the wrong item as a result of that indifference. The coffee vendor changed, and now the coffee machine does not have a hot water spigot. As a result, if you order tea, it will have the awful taste of an old, burned coffee pot. The former owner passed on several well-loved recipes; I know this because I watched her the day she showed the new owner she made her chicken noodle soup. For a time after the sale, the recipe stayed the same, but now it is different and far inferior as to appearance and flavor (or more precisely the complete lack of flavor). The meatloaf is still good, but at $8.50 for a hot meatloaf sandwich with no sides, it isn't that good. Since these are the items I deliberately sought out at Dan's since 2006, I won't be returning."
