"Better to drive another ten hours than eat here. Takes 40 mins to get your order taken. Another hour before they bring you omlette that is burnt on the bottom and raw inside. Canned soggy mushrooms and 1/3 of a whole tomato...hash browns are too greasy and burned to eat they're literally gray. English muffin was so soaked in grease it's not even crunchy after grilling. Waitress doesn't know how to take an order and the owner has to go behind her to make sure she does it, abandoning the empty grill because she can't be there long enough to actually cook anything. Worst omlette I've ever had. Couldn't eat it. Don't go there."

When it was under old ownership, my girlfriend and I tried to eat at Dan's three separate times and had horrible experiences each time (moldy milk for the coffee, long wait time, and frozen food). We recently tried Dawn's for the first time and had a pleasant experience. We were seated quickly, got our food quickly, and it was cooked properly. Though it's a limited menu, I would definitely go again.
