Even when they accidentally mixed up my order with the table next to us, we all shared some good laughs, and they apologized profusely each time. "We received exceptional service from a young server who truly went above and beyond for us, bringing extra drinks, clearing our plates, and even offering more chips and salsa. The restaurant has two types of salsa—one mild for those who prefer it and another with a nice kick. If you'd like the mild salsa, just make sure to ask for it. Our grandson really enjoyed the taquitos, while my wife and I shared a small platter that was more than enough for four people. The food is consistently fantastic, and I'm especially fond of their guacamole. Overall, the service during our dine-in experience was excellent."

"The food was absolutely amazing! We ordered the Mar, Cielo y Tierra Molcajete, which was delicious and big enough to share between two or even three people. We also tried Fernando's Super Burrito with carnitas, a chicken soft taco combination platter, and a chicken burrito ahogado. To top it off, we enjoyed margaritas all around, as well as some beers on tap and bottled. The Coronas were perfectly chilled, and the draft beer was cold, though it came with just a quarter-inch of foam. This place is first-class, with a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that made our experience even better!"

"I went in to order a lot of food and one drink which i didn’t received my large drink horchata which they charge me $4.99, so I called to the restaurant to ask for a refund back on my card unfortunately Alejandro don’t even answer the phone which I looked online to customer service explain what just happened but no now I’m probably screwed because now I didn’t get my drink I requested won’t ever see my refund they fail big time as the owner is a bad owner unorganized unprofessional disappointing service. Top it off I ask for extra green sauce guess what I got bag of red sauce. I specifically ask the young men at the drive thur. Really needs a o go back to school and learn what is the color green look like. I shouldn’t be dealing this type of unorganized organization food chain. Please any other late restaurant can recommend me excellent service. I want my refund back change your number the owner need to quit being so cheap he already sell over price food and drink and not get what you want. and hire a real person that can answer the phone when stop with the excuses we to busy. "I should have checked the reviews before visiting this restaurant, but with so many five-star ratings, I assumed it would be good. I ordered two items since it was my first time: the Super Nachos and the Steak Fajita Quesadilla. The quesadilla was just okay; the steak was barely noticeable, and without the abundance of onions and peppers, it would have been very bland. The Super Nachos were a major disappointment. I requested ground beef as a topping, and while they piled on a lot of it, it was completely unseasoned. The cheese was simply shredded cheese—no white cheese sauce at all. What kind of authentic Mexican restaurant doesn't serve white cheese sauce with nachos? I hope others had a better experience with these dishes, but I certainly did not. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the quesadilla, but I won't be returning."

"I ordered a bacon and a breakfast burrito at this restaurant. When I pulled up to the window, the worker asked if I had ordered a steak and egg burrito. I corrected him and said I actually ordered a bacon and egg burrito. He realized the mistake, took my card for payment, and returned with my food. To my surprise, they had given me the steak and egg burrito instead of what I had originally ordered. Even after confirming with the worker, he insisted that it was my order. Overall, I recommend going to Linas instead."

"This is probably the worse dinning experience my wife and I have had on the island. The food quality is ok , but definitely more expensive for authentic Mexican food (which was expected . No complimentary chips and salsa (not a deal breaker, but it 's an authentic Mexican restaurant The service is less than adequate , they predominantly have two ladies working all of the tables, agree with other reviews in which ladies not as welcoming as other waitresses at other restaurants. That being said they do their job, but do not expect anything beyond getting your first beverage and your food arrival. You will need flag them down otherwise. All in all, the thing that made it a bad experience was the heat (pretty much feels like being outside in the shade, no circulation and the FLIES! We have been eating at many Kauai restaurants in similar environments and did not experience this. We were fighting off multiple flies throughout the whole meal, until the point my wife and I cut our losses and took food to go. I definitely to not recommend and will not be back."

"I found this restaurant closed the last time I visited, so I was happy to see it open today. Upon arrival, I was greeted by very friendly staff. The place was clean and had a pleasant aroma. The food was fantastic—simply delicious! I ordered the Molcajete, which featured steak, chicken, shrimp, cactus, onions, and peppers in a flavorful sauce. It came with rice, beans, and a salad topped with pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole. Everything was absolutely delicious!"

"I've given this place 2 chances and it was terrible both times. The first time I could barely even eat my food because the paper my burrito was wrapped in stuck to the outside. It was so saturated with grease that I had to peel it off in tiny pieces. That evening I had what I can only describe as explosive bowel issues. Several months later I gave it another shot and figured that nachos were a safer bet. How wrong I was. The chicken appeared to be made in a big roasting pan, which is not unusual. What is unusual is that the chicken seemed to be COMPLETELY unseasoned as well as undrained. So aside from having absolutely no flavor, my tortilla chips were waterlogged by the time I got my food. To add insult to injury, the shredded cheese that was sprinkled on top wasn't melted and was still cold. If you want real Mexican food in Sioux Falls, spend the money and go to Azteca."
