"Food is good. Service not so much. We get Thanksgiving lunch every year from here for work on the Wednesday before. I call it in a week or so early. This years conversation went like this. I have an order for 4 platters for Wednesday 11/24, would you like to me to call back closer to 11/24 or take the order now? Oh we will go ahead and take it now. Proceeds to give order. Pick up day, they don 't have the order, claim that they don 't take orders like that (yes you do, I have done it 5-6 times now), and wants to catch an attitude about it. Attitude consisted of mansplaining their menu to me, which I was reading to him word for word, and asking are you sure you ordered here? Yes dude, I know where I called, and I know what I am ordering. I work in a short order kitchen. I understand staffing shortages, food shortages, and mistakes, but this seems like a consistent problem for them. Will update once food arrives to see if food is correct."
