"Food is good. Service not so much. We get Thanksgiving lunch every year from here for work on the Wednesday before. I call it in a week or so early. This years conversation went like this. I have an order for 4 platters for Wednesday 11/24, would you like to me to call back closer to 11/24 or take the order now? Oh we will go ahead and take it now. Proceeds to give order. Pick up day, they don 't have the order, claim that they don 't take orders like that (yes you do, I have done it 5-6 times now), and wants to catch an attitude about it. Attitude consisted of mansplaining their menu to me, which I was reading to him word for word, and asking are you sure you ordered here? Yes dude, I know where I called, and I know what I am ordering. I work in a short order kitchen. I understand staffing shortages, food shortages, and mistakes, but this seems like a consistent problem for them. Will update once food arrives to see if food is correct."

Customer service is terrible. And the young lady that works there always acts like she has an attitude. Like sometimes u walk in and don’t even get greeted. And stay away from ordering online not a good idea..

Ordered chicken salad everyone loves and not wowed by it. Too much lemon juice or something. Got bread pudding and they heated up which dried it out. Brisket was good. The wet corn bread was amazing! Plenty of seating inside. View menu

I had the Country Rib record. The pigtail was thick and juicy! I chose her Hickory B-B-Q sauce. They also had many pages to choose from. I had the homemade red skin potato salad and Mac n' cheese. It was delicious! I highly recommend this place!

Doesn't look like much on the outside, but it's a wonderful place to eat inside! The smoked wings were the best fleshy wings I had for a long time. The briskete was melted in your mouth and the sauces were also great! The golden hot was my favorite!

I know this will sound terrible, but I can't even call this BBQ. Ribs are very meaty and tender, but all the flavor on everything we had was in the sauce. We are not from the area just passing through. Most local people probably like it, but we just didn't care for it. Sorry. View menu

The food was outstanding overall. I had the ribs and a pork sandwich, both of which were delicious and well-prepared. However, the bread for the sandwich was a bit too dry and absorbed a lot of moisture. The fries, which were from a chain, were also good. I will definitely be coming back!

I placed an order for delivery spent $45 through GrubHub, I did not get my fries I did not get my chicken strips and fries and I did not get my fountain drink and when I called to complain, not only because I paid the driver 20% tip on a $45 order but all I was told was that they were sorry and they were out of chicken and fries and there's only three of them working. It's a little upsetting because I was not ever offered a replacement of any kind and it would've been nice to receive a phone call.
