She just kept rolling her eyes and saying, “The machine doesn’t take it,” without even listening to me. It wasn’t just the issue with the coupon; it was her awful attitude. When I tried to explain, she simply shut the window on me, leaving me waiting in the drive-thru. Absolutely awful service."

"I feel like a Karen writing a review for a literal Mcdonald's, but if you're coming here to use the drive thru please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I come here pretty consistently but somethings changed with management these past few months with the drive thru time, making it so quite literally every person has to pull around to wait for their food. Unless you're coming here when it's dead empty, there's a line of cars wrapped around the place waiting for their drive thru order. This defeats the purpose of a drive thru. I'll always just get a mcchicken and small fry, pretty staple items for a Mcds, yet i'll find myself waiting up to 15 minutes in the curbside pickup spot. It's just absurd. With all that being said, I have no hate towards the staff- they've always been incredibly nice and friendly for how busy they are. Very rarely have they messed up my order as well. And by the way, this whole review was written while waiting for my order :"

"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald's location. I ordered curbside pickup to avoid any hassle, but that's exactly what I got. My order was incorrect, with two missing items and the wrong drink. I had to call the restaurant to report the issue, and even after I brought it to their attention, they still managed to give me the wrong drink AGAIN. The whole point of curbside pickup is convenience, but this experience was the opposite. I wasted time and effort dealing with mistakes that shouldn't have happened in the first place. "If you're craving mcdonald's please go to a diffrent location. This store is just sad. I've given three chances and I'm done with this store. Multiple times I've had to ask for extra onions on a double just to receive 3 or 4 small dices of onion. Extra mac sauce will get you drowned. Fries not salted and stale nuggets with no sauce. I will give credit that when they go to mess up an order these guys are Olympic level screw ups. That part is amazing!"

"I've been going to this restaurant for breakfast several days a week, and I've never encountered any issues. The younger manager who works in the mornings really keeps things running smoothly. Although some customers may complain about things like the wait time or the food, I can honestly say he does a fantastic job during his shift. "The poor workers. They had to lock the doors for indoor dining at 10:30 in the morning. They were very short staffed the drive-thru was backed up there were about 18 people in the lobby and they locked all the doors. It took me 20 to 25 minutes to get my chicken nugget kids meal and two double cheeseburgers. I give the workers a lot of props they didn't walk out."

"When I went back around, I found a truck at the second window. He sat there for five minutes, just the two of us, so I decided to back up to the first window. The girl at that window clearly saw me, yet ignored me for another five minutes. When she finally came to the window, I told her my order was wrong, and she asked me to move forward, which I did. The lady at the second window took a few more minutes before approaching me, only to argue about not receiving a receipt. Then I was asked to pull forward. By this point, 20 minutes had passed. I told the young man who asked me to move forward that I had already waited long enough. Strangely, within 30 seconds, my order was finally corrected. The staff was rude and disrespectful, the service was excruciatingly slow, and they just couldn't seem to get an order right. Thanks to this experience, I was late for my daughter's game!"

"had a late night the woman and I were hungry and just wanted to eat a short bite. we stopped in the dinning room because we pulled a trailer and the manager was terrible. they pulled the child out of the register with several people in the line to fries him and they do not serve or wait for everyone for 15 minutes in the dinning area. she only told the other workers on the back that they closed the dinning room by 10 and she wasn't interested. it was 9:30, so I'm not sure what the job was, but after 20 minutes stand without service we left."
