It is important for a restaurant to at least acknowledge customers when they enter. If a customer is not greeted, they may choose to eat elsewhere. I left without dining here.

Never be in a hurry if you come here. They are anything but fast, even though the term fast food includes it in the name. Save yourself some time by raising and slaughtering your own cattle and making your own burger.

I have always had great customer service at this McDonald's whenever I visit. They even included my ice in my coffee order. I initially thought they had forgotten it, but then discovered it was a pleasant surprise in my drink. View menu

I have been pleased with the service and food I have received from this McDonald's in the past few months. Friendlier window workers,correct orders and delish blueberry muffins that have made my mornings brighter. Thanks McDonald's staff.

I'm late and on the way to home I stopped on this place to take a bite to eat Friday night. I paid .99 cent per piece cheese for 3 hot n spices. No one of them had been very disappointed! Please correct your orders, no matter what day or night. order 11:40 pmbitte correct this problem!

Dumbest employee base imaginable, to stupid to get it right and slow as Christmas when getting it wrong.Few months later thought I would try again and they still suck, rude, and apathetic. Where do I even start...ordered a filet o fish and large fry, was charged for someone else's order. At the pick up window they decided to give me a refund, which was a dollar short but that's okay because they planned to give me my food for free. After pulling forward at their request, they forgot about me. I walked in 20 minutes later and they acted like it was my fault somehow.

The McDonald's in Somerville tenn. Poor service start when you pull up to order slow to respond then you sit there while the other line makes 3 to 4 orders. Even slower as far as taking payments then finally you get to the service window sit and wait 7 out of 10 your order is wrong. Needs management control and steep up drive through service..Maybe an undercover boss situation. I hope it stays but sure ain't promising.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had trouble with the kiosk, but they assisted me and I received my order quickly. The manager was also very helpful, working alongside the staff at both the drive-thru and front counter. It was reassuring to see management taking a hands-on approach rather than just giving orders. The restaurant was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Despite it being late, I felt safe during my visit. Overall, I had a great experience. View menu
