"Hello. I wanted to share my experience with this restaurant, as I found their customer service over the phone to be quite poor. I ordered 8 crabs and rice, but when I called to let them know that I only received 6, the woman on the phone accused me of lying. She insisted that two people had checked my order and confirmed that there were 8 crabs. I explained that I couldn't go to the store because I have COVID, but she insisted that I come in to pick up the missing crabs. All I was asking for was a refund for the missing items, yet she continued to yell at me and used offensive language. They claimed to have taken a photo of my order before sending it out, but when I asked for proof, she abruptly hung up on me. This was a very disappointing experience with their customer service."
