"Hello. I wanted to share my experience with this restaurant, as I found their customer service over the phone to be quite poor. I ordered 8 crabs and rice, but when I called to let them know that I only received 6, the woman on the phone accused me of lying. She insisted that two people had checked my order and confirmed that there were 8 crabs. I explained that I couldn't go to the store because I have COVID, but she insisted that I come in to pick up the missing crabs. All I was asking for was a refund for the missing items, yet she continued to yell at me and used offensive language. They claimed to have taken a photo of my order before sending it out, but when I asked for proof, she abruptly hung up on me. This was a very disappointing experience with their customer service."

We often get dishes that I consider to be vegan such as ma po tofu or general tso's tofu. That and everything that comes with it is always delicious along with plenty for left overs the next day. The staff always seems very appreciative of our business.

The food here only fills, but has no taste at all. I didn't know what I was eating because it had no taste at all. I felt that the service was not existent as you go to the restaurant you are met with a glass fiber counter at the entrance. I'm sorry, but next time I go somewhere else.

Best lo mein in town! Unlike other local spots where the noodles are often dry, these were really delicious. The sweet and sour chicken was also great, with a crispy exterior and tender inside. The only downside was that even when I requested extra spicy Szechuan for lunch, it ended up having no spice at all. View menu

We just ordered from here for the first time. Everything about the experience was great. Ordering was easy. They really have a great set-up to manage things during this pandemic, for picking up the orders. Our order was ready in about 20-25 minutes which is as-expected. Food was very good, and we'll have leftovers. Will be back again.

THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER 3 TIMES AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR A MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE AND HAD THE GULL TO BE RUDE ABOUT IT! THEY NEED TO LEARN FROM NEW VILLAGE PIZZA ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER CHINESE RESTAURANT IN WARMINSTER THAT WILL TREAT YOU WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. I WILL NO LONGER PATRONIZE THEM OUT CONVENIENCE!
