Once there, I stood at the empty counter for 10 minutes before a staff member finally acknowledged me. At that point, my pizza was taken out of the heating box, which made me think it had been ready all along. I understand it was a busy night for the restaurant, but they need to ensure they have enough staff to handle Friday night rushes and meet the expectations of curbside pickup."
