"The food was decent, but I had a frustrating experience waiting over an hour for my pizza, even though the app said it was ready. I opted for curbside pickup and checked in upon my arrival. After waiting 20 minutes, I called the restaurant, and they told me they were just about to put my pizza in the oven, which left me puzzled. After waiting a full hour, I decided to go inside. Once there, I stood at the empty counter for 10 minutes before a staff member finally acknowledged me. At that point, my pizza was taken out of the heating box, which made me think it had been ready all along. I understand it was a busy night for the restaurant, but they need to ensure they have enough staff to handle Friday night rushes and meet the expectations of curbside pickup."

I had ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza and there was no Buffalo sauce on it at all and for the regular pizza there was barely any pizza sauce or cheese, other wise pretty good for the most part!

You should make your delivery drivers park anywhere else besides curbside pick up. This would free up parking for customers. No one was wearing a maskor gloves here. Don't know if it's policy but probly wouldn't hurt since you are working around food. Food tasted good.

an order at 18:13 clock, said it would be here at 7:30 clock. the load was called at 7:50 clock, the person on the phone said that the order was sent to the door and that it was never picked up by them. then he says the HIS driver will get me the pizza. My order took an hour and a half to arrive, even though I live only six minutes away. When it finally got here, the food was cold, so I had to reheat everything just to eat, resulting in even more waiting. I received some credit for my order since I paid in cash, but they could only offer me credit for a future purchase, which I definitely won’t use. I won’t be ordering from this place again, and the only reason I even bothered is to get my money back. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.

I ordered pizza online at 8:38 PM on Wednesday night. When I called the restaurant at 9:35 PM to check on my delivery, the person on the phone told me that it had been sent out just minutes before my call. I asked why I hadn’t been notified, since I would have waited all night for my food otherwise. He didn’t have any explanation and just apologized. The delivery driver finally showed up at 10:01 PM, despite the fact that I live just three minutes from the restaurant. To top it off, the food was disappointing. This experience made me search for another restaurant in Rosemount, MN, as I can’t say I was impressed.
