"First time I have eaten here. My wife and I decided to try something new. We both ordered the special which was the prime rib. My wife ordered rare and I ordered medium- rare. Both came to the table tough as leather and well done. I also ordered the 14oz and maybe was 8oz at most. I honestly don't think I've had a worse steak. The bill was around $100.00. As an additional note the waiter said as we paid that it looked pretty well done and not right. So yes he served it anyway. I guess we learned something!"

"As usual, we had another great dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in the valley, Northside Kitchen. Food was delicious (short rib gnocchi, summer peach salad, French onion soup), service great (Marilyn at the bar is a gem), and ambience great! We’ve been dinning here for 6-7 years and never had a meal or met a staffer we didn’t love. You will too!"

"Horrendous customer service. I spent over $50 for a salad and a pizza and a side of spaghetti for my kid. I asked for salad dressing on the side and parmesan on side for spaghetti. No dressing. No parmesan. My kid refused to eat the pasta and well who eats a salad with no dressing. Called the restaurant and they said sorry, we can 't bring your dressing. I asked if I 'm expected to eat a plain salad after spending $18 on this salad plus close to $10 in delivery fees, service fee and that 's not including the tip. They still said ummm sorry. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. It was like speaking to a teenager. Ummm sorry. This is ridiculous. I spent over $50 and couldn 't even enjoy my dinner with my kids. No salad dressing for my $18 salad. What kind of restaurant is this???Update: The manager said he would try to get a driver to bring my salad dressing. They never showed up."

"We had ordered a few appetizers, but after finishing, we had to wait quite a while because a group of 70 was served before us with their main dishes. It took a long time for our food to arrive. We ended up sending back a steak that was supposed to be medium-rare, as it was so tough that we couldn’t cut it. Our waitress was great in handling that situation. However, we didn’t receive our drinks until we asked for them, and the waiting staff seemed to have forgotten about them. The atmosphere was quite loud, which made it challenging for those of us with hearing issues, especially since we were seated in the middle of the dining area. While I can overlook these issues, I felt it was important to share my feedback in hopes of a better experience next time!"

"I called Mark back to explain the situation, and he said he would contact them. A few minutes later, he called me back to let me know that they couldn’t send someone since my order had been canceled, and I would need to reorder without the Gatorade. I went ahead and did that. Eventually, the driver arrived to pick up my order about 30 minutes after the pizza was ready. When I opened the box at my hotel, my stuffed deep dish pizza was still steaming hot. Thank you, Mark, for going above and beyond to turn a frustrating situation into a positive experience!"

"A friend and I came here yesterday for a well-deserved dinner and night in the town. I had actually had already been to this restaurant several times in the past, and I've always had a wonderful experience every time. Last night was no different. When we arrived there were only about six other couples already seated p,so finding a table wasn't an issue at all.we were quickly greeted by our Server,and she went over some of the promotions that they had for the evening. I almost cut her off mid-day because I already knew what I wanted to order. I went for the tried and true, spaghetti bokognesa . That Italian dish has been a long-time favorite of mine. My friend simply ordered something light which was a caesar salad. We. Billed until the food arrived and when it did I couldn't wait to take the first bite. It was really good, but I fortunately I could barely finish half of it. I like this restaurant a lot!"

"We attended Spinnerstown for Mother 's day dinner this year as a party of 7. Overall, it was a great experience. Our server Jarad did a great job. We sat on the deck which was quaint and had other large parties (one table was easily 12+ people and it was still not super loud. My wife, oldest daughter, and I all had the twin filet. Steak temp was perfect, I liked that instead of having to order a $15 salad you can opt for a salad with your entree for $2/3 (garden/caesar We will definitely be back; my one could do better comment would be that we sat for nearly 30 minutes before the table was greeted. I don 't think we were initially supposed to have Jarad, I think he picked up the table for another server after we had waited so long. (Thanks again Jarad! Normally, that would be a star knocked off, but we 're going to acknowledge that it was Mothers day give them the benefit of the doubt as they were literally so busy that they had to wait for silverware to wash to give us place settings it doesn 't get any busier than that!"

"So disappointing. I have heard many many mixed reviews about Max A Mia in the past year or more but I still give it a whirl now and then. Recent experience: Wait staff excellent but food was just plain not good. Two appetizers were not very good and then the Tuscan Salad (which I used to get all the time) arrived. Dressing very bland...no taste to the salad. Again...both of us agreed. This time we told Brad about the salad. Did not say anything about the appetizers. They were more than courteous and comped the salads. BUT...in take out orders over the last year, there seems to always be some issue....burnt (beyond eatable) stone pies, missing items. I am not alone thus reason for completing this review. I heard this all the time....and so many of us were regulars at MaxAMia for such a long time. Doesn't stand up to the Max Group standard."

"I was so excited to try this restaurant. My husband had reserved a table in the dining room but were put in the room with the long bar right near the door that kept opening. There was only one other couple in this room at the time. I asked to be moved and the waitress did move us one table away from the door. My husbands drink was beautifully made. The main issue came with the food, I ordered the crab cakes and what I got was 2 hockey puck shaped gray, gritty crab cakes. They were not lump at all. I have seen the pictures on the reviews and that is not what I got. I told the waitress and she apologized and she told the chef. The chef came out and told me that no one else complained. Not only did he not offer to replace it but just walked away. I will never go back and will never recommend this restaurant."

"One of the best meals that I’ve ever eaten! It is so nice to finally dine at a rooftop restaurant where the food actually matches the amazing views! The Spicy Tuna Tacos started out with one set of amazing flavors and transitioned into another set of wonderful flavors while we were chewing through the smiles that this delightful appetizer put on our faces. The Grilled Fresh Whole Fish was simply the best that I’ve ever had. Sweet flaky melt in your mouth sublime deliciousness… Try not to chuckle while you’re eating… It is so good! The views and the breeze off the ocean from floors up made you never want to leave. The seating on the balcony made you feel like you had the whole restaurant to yourself even though it was quite full. Great service as well. Thank you Area Chef! "Very nice restaurant right on the beach. They have indoor and outdoor seating. There are indoor and outdoor bars. We sat at the outdoor bar during Happy Hour (3-7) and also ate there. The outdoor view of the ocean was great. The bar staff was attentive and took our orders quickly. Our food came out quickly and was hot as expected. The stuffed flounder was very good, although the mashed potatoes were cafeteria like. The flat bread shrimp scampi was also good. We had Key Lime Pie for dessert and were a little disappointed. It has a fair taste, but the wiped cream seemed to be out of a can. Maybe fresh made would be better. Definitely worth a stop when on Hutchinson Island. The price was fair for the portions and for being right on the beach."

"The food was disgusting, we returned 6 out of 7 appetizers that were served to us. The poor quality meat is poorly cooked and has a bad taste. They calculated every last cent of the bill. "Decided to go to peddlers Village to see the gingerbread house display and Christmas lights. Stopped in Doylestown for dinner, discovered the water wheel Tavern, and was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the French onion soup the taste was amazing. The cocktails were very well made and the meal was excellent. The french fries could’ve been a little warmer, but I don’t think they would lose a star for them. Can’t wait for warmer weather so we can sit outside, we will be back."

"I can't comment on lunch and dinner, which is when this restaurant must do the bulk of its business, but the breakfast was terrible. First, it was buffet only, which the restaurant did not disclose. When we got there the buffet had been out for at least an hour and there was only one person on service staff who was not replenishing the food. We got coffee and then thought better about eating there because the food looked so bad. I asked for the check and they wanted to charge us the full buffet price for a cup of coffee!!! Fortunately we got a manager who was most helpful, but I could not recommend this restaurant to anyone"

"A friend and myself we're on a business trip to Savannah,GA...we left Kentucky and stopped each evening and picked out different chain restaurants to eat at...never was satified with our meals...also ate in Savannah twice...But the whole trip was worth every mile when on the last night on the way home we stopped at puleo's grill on merchant...Brad was our server and he was very accomodating! Never once did we run out of drinks and the food was tremendous! He recommended the rattlesnake prime rib and my friend had the ribs and chicken....we were very satisfied and anytime im going through knoxville I Will Be Eating Here!! Also the manager was Chris and was pleased with our satisfaction and you could tell he was passionate about theyre service...will recommend to any and everyone...thanks"

"This was our third visit to Georgie's and was hoping for as satisfying evening as the first two visits. We drove 150 miles to specifically go there for a milestone birthday. We requested the exceptional server we had on our 1st two visits, Pearl, but unfortunately, were not seated in her area. Nothing was mentioned by the obviously unhappy hostess about the request when we were lead to our table, so we assumed it was not a problem. We soon realized it was but having both worked in fine dining, we did not want to make a fuss. The wedge salad at Georgie's is a special treat so we enjoyed that with some steamers for appetizers. However, the main course prime rib we both ordered was both cool and chewy. (Wish I would have again ordered the amazing seafood pasta I had on a previous visit! Overall, we were disappointed and will not make a special trip (with the overnight hotel expense just to go but if in the area, would probably give it another chance. The ambiance and view are very enjoyable."

"This was my first time ordering during the COVID pandemic and I was not disappointed. I was impressed by the diverse menu options. I tried the vodka chicken sandwich, which was generously sized and absolutely delicious. The chicken gyro was also a hit, with freshly made Tzaziki sauce and perfectly cooked pommes. The only tiny letdown was the cheese sauce, which didn't taste quite like real cheese, but it didn't ruin the experience for me. I am excited to return and try their Tostone and Tacos next time."
