"I can't comment on lunch and dinner, which is when this restaurant must do the bulk of its business, but the breakfast was terrible. First, it was buffet only, which the restaurant did not disclose. When we got there the buffet had been out for at least an hour and there was only one person on service staff who was not replenishing the food. We got coffee and then thought better about eating there because the food looked so bad. I asked for the check and they wanted to charge us the full buffet price for a cup of coffee!!! Fortunately we got a manager who was most helpful, but I could not recommend this restaurant to anyone"

Food was good service was good all around not in any way disappointing. Don't go to have intimate conversations you'll be shouting

We needed a spot in TriBeCa for an early dinner before a screening. This fit the bill just fine. It was a sports bar but not too crazy with a good variety of food View menu

If you love beer this is a great affordable place to go to in the Tribeca area. Plus if you love sports this a great place to go whether its just people or people

Went on NY Eve, maybe not the best day. Waiter was very confused although orders were simple. My guess is he was overbusy and tired. Food was just not good greasy and tasteless. Probably should have ordered pizza. Prices fairly average for NYCity but quality and value were poor

The food was great, and I would definitely want to go back. However it took minutes before anyone even came to our table to give us water. It then took and more minutes before we got our drink order in. A typical lunch took nearly hours, half of which was waiting for our server. But the food was surprisingly great View menu

I made a last minute reservation for through OpenTable and AOA was able to accommodate my requests. The atmosphere was perfect for a client happy hour, and the area we had reserved was very spacious, allowing for great mingling. The bartender was responsive and checked in with me frequently to ensure we had everything we needed

I went here for a birthday dinner with my friends. They easily accommodated of us. We ordered wings and spinach dip for apps and both were delicious. A couple of us ordered pizzas which were also tasty. Service was OK. We sat for empty drinks for a while each time we were done and were given a bit of an attitude when we asked for water as the waitress didn't explain at the beginning that someone was going to come around with a water pitcher

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
