"My 80-year-old mother visited the Bosa location last Wednesday, September 28, 2022, where she purchased some donuts. Unfortunately, she accidentally locked her keys and phone in her car. A kind stranger allowed her to use his phone to contact me, her daughter, and I arranged for roadside assistance to help her retrieve her keys from her car. Despite being a longtime customer of this branch, when she asked to wait inside due to the extreme heat, she was denied by the staff. My elderly mother, who has kidney disease, had to wait outside in the scorching sun next to her car. When I learned of this, I called the next day and expressed my outrage. I will not be patronizing Bosa Donuts again."
