"This place is disgusting! The sign says YOUR COFFEE YOUR WAY But dont ask for a hot caramel macchiato with cream! I was told you 're not supposed to order that here because we dont steam cream . WELL YOU DID YESTERDAY AND THE DAY BEFORE It may have taken 8 minutes but it got done. Today it took over 10 minutes and their heads exploded. The sign also said you have Stevia. Nope. I was told the other day we haven 't had it for weeks and we dont know when its coming . So, truly, you cant get your coffee your way. Now, let 's talk about the service: HOW DO YIU NOT STALK SLEEVES FOR THE CUPS? You have a little bin for them but we have to ask for them almost every day. No lie. And when we tell your service person you 're out, we get a few. We VOLUNTEER to stock them while we are there. You have to bend your a over to get one...why aren 't you smart enough to fill the bin! Food...today I ordered 2 tidbits. I 'm pretty sure they were days old. It was hard and chewy. I threw them both out and not only will I never get one again, if anyone is standing next to me, I will recommend they skip it! My boss ordered a breakfast sandwich. The meat was still frozen. Of course, he didnt know that until he got all the way to his office and took a bite. He actually went back and had to wait for a refund and then they charged him for a fritter. The people who work in the building told us to skip Tim Hortons because the coffee is bad but mostly the service sucks. We should listen to their advice. Apparently, they have been there before. I only hope you listen to mine. Skip this joint and go to Starbucks. It 's worth the trip. Shoot, gas station coffee is better and service is usually pretty reasonable."

The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed the hazelnut coffee and the turkey Swiss sandwich. I also had some fresh donuts. It was my indulgent day, and I don’t regret it at all. I highly recommend this place!

This Tim Hortons is always a disappointment! the woman working at night is extremely rude and closes an hour early! I went up to the counter and asked for a cup of ice water and all she did was say “we are closed” over and over again! She then just ignored me and walked to the back room.... so dissapointing. Spend your money elsewhere.

Well I decided to give this to Tim Hortons another chance after my last miserable experience here passing through on the Trailways bus.. Even worse than the last time. The dark roast coffee taste like brown water.. the workers are miserable and if they’re not playing on their phone they may wait on you. I’m not sure if I missing something at Tim Hortons but I’ll stick to my Dunkin’ thanks!
