"I hesitate to write a negative review because this restaurant usually does a great job 90% of the time. However, it seems there is someone in the kitchen who is inadvertently harming their reputation and disappointing customers. I was served toast that was so burnt it was black and inedible, so I ended up throwing it away. I can't fathom why that would be sent to my table. The steak was dry and unappetizing, and my son's banana pancakes were tasteless. Overall, the meal was a disappointment. Typically, the food here is excellent, but this time it fell short."
