"This is by far the worst Arby's I've ever visited. I spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru only to leave without even reaching the window. I went to another place, placed my order, and came back to see the car in front of me still at the window. This location is incredibly slow, and I've experienced faster service at other restaurants. Living in a small town, I've unfortunately been here a few times due to limited options, and about 50% of my orders have been wrong. Tonight is officially the last time I'll waste my time here. Additionally, the drive-thru needs improvement; the order taker can never seem to hear me correctly. My iced tea always ends up sounding like Hi-C. After 30 minutes and being the third car in line, I drove away. It's just Arby's—how can it take this long? I've been to In-N-Out with 20 cars ahead of me and got my order faster than here. I know it sounds silly to complain this much, but seriously, this Arby's is the worst I've ever encountered."
