A golden, crispy waffle served warm, perfect with syrup or topped with berries and whipped cream. A delightful breakfast treat!

"We were quickly seated on a Friday evening. I do not like sitting at a table out in the middle right in front of the kitchen doors. Would have preferred to be seated at a booth. I didn’t ask to change seats. I think that they should ask the guest their preference before seating. Service was extremely fast and courteous. We loved our waitress. At first, I thought I was under dressed. Then we saw several folks wearing their scrubs and hoodies. (The hospital is next door. Alright then! That made the atmosphere feel a bit more relaxed and accepting. Spanish Home Fries and Boudin Balls were awesome. My husband really liked the pickled veggies. Frozen Porch Swing was good but very powerful lemon flavor. Not too strong alcohol though. Sweet tea lived up to Southern expectations. Lasagna was still boiling when served. Wonderful sauce and extremely cheesy. My husband’s lemon rotisserie chicken breast was a bit dry. (I have no idea why he ordered that. Overall, we felt that our service and food lived up to our expectations and were pleased. We got in and out fairly quickly. Had plenty of leftovers as well. Just passing through. Glad we chose the Manship Wood Fired Kitchen."

"Food I am so happy that I found another five-star restaurant. The food was top notch. We had oysters, pop over and fried calamari as starters. The oysters were so fresh that I did not want to stop eating them. The pop over was something we went back and forth if we should order. It looked like a muffin and we were afraid it might be too much. We asked the waiter for advice and he said it is very light. You know what? The top over is a must try. It is almost like a balloon and tastes amazing with some butter on it. The fried calamari didn’t disappoint as well. For main course, we ordered lobster spaghetti and fried chicken. Both of them were very flavourful and the portion was generous. At that point, we were too full to order any desserts. Everything else The service was fabulous. Our waiter was friendly and gave us good advice on the menu. During the dinner, I knocked down my cocktail, and they quickly came over to clean it and gave me a new one. I will definitely go back."

"Taking the name on the side of the building out of the equation this is probably one of the best roof top bars in Chicago. Note that this place is called both Sixteen and Terrace 16. They are the same place. I will be putting this review in both places. I ended up going to a few different places just to give some background of my comparisons: Cindy's, Rooftop at the Nobu, Rooftop at the Wit, LH Rooftop, and Signature Lounge at the 96th. Terrace 16 also called Sixteen is a clean bar and lounge with decent cocktail options and an assortment of liquors. There is enough variety to make any cocktail you want, but the ones they have on the list are great. When I visit a city I tend to never go to the same place twice, yet this bar was good enough I thought it was worth a second visit. The staff were all friendly and the ambience was not too lively. I was able to enjoy a nice drink with a fire pit on the roof while not hearing blaring music throughout my experience. If you want a good cocktail, a decent view, and a nice atmosphere this is a place worth stopping into."

"The restaurant has its strong points: a pleasant ambiance, great cocktails, and a tasty chicken saltimbocca. However, it fell short of the 4-5 star reviews I had read for several reasons. The bread was overly dense—possibly stale—and was served with ricotta and a drizzle of olive oil that lacked flavor. The burata was accompanied by a nice mix of olives, peaches, prosciutto, and tomatoes, but the peaches and tomatoes were unripe, and the dish had been chilled, which was detrimental to the cheese and tomatoes. The Bolognese lacked seasoning, and while the saltimbocca featured two pieces of chicken, only one was topped with prosciutto and parmesan, leaving the other completely plain. Additionally, the server was quite inattentive despite the restaurant not being busy. Overall, it's better than many Italian spots in Pittsburgh, but that reflects more on the lack of quality options in the city rather than the excellence of this restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend it and I won’t be returning."

"I came on a Sunday at around 1PM. The place was basically empty. Had I read the reviews beforehand, I might have steered clear. But I'm pleasantly surprised. Speedy service, soft bagel, didn't skimp on lox or cream cheese. It's expensive, but so is every bagel shop within walking distance. I am proceeding with caution but I think I'll come again."

"I have to say I was really impressed with my meal today while dining with my mom. Since it’s Thanksgiving and we both love their burgers, this has become our holiday tradition. As soon as we walked in, the waiter greeted us, seated us promptly, and asked about my uncle. He remembered our visit from several months ago when my uncle joined us for breakfast right before we took him home. We made a big deal out of that first visit because it was my mom's first time eating there, despite having enjoyed their food many times before. It’s remarkable how he remembers us, especially after serving hundreds of customers over the last four months. Each staff member truly makes you feel like family. I will continue to recommend this fantastic restaurant to everyone!"

"Came here for Mother's Day. The garden in the back was nice. The food came out late due to "computer issues" but I figured the server could have told the kitchen? The coffee also came cold. The environment is very nice and the hostess was accommodating for where we wanted to sit with a toddler and a baby."

"I ordered $70 of food and gave a simple request to separate the order in two .. going to two different places ?(3 items only in the order) well due to the ignorance stupidly or laziness of the person that took the order it got mixed up and the orders are now garbage due to one person doesn?t eat chicken and the other doesn?t eat steak ..I called and was told if I brought back the food they would make me new ? so again like every instance now a days no one takes responsibility.. I?d have to spend an hour getting the correct food ? I knew I should have orders from Andrew?s diner .all of Mikes diners are dumps anyway"

"The staff was friendly, and the food was tasty; however, the restaurant's location was in disarray, with unclean and outdated furniture. It was not what I would expect for a $45 lunch. The atmosphere felt more like that of a fast-food joint than a place that specializes in fresh food."

"Neal's Coffee Shop offers a complete diner experience with friendly and attentive staff who make sure your table is well taken care of and your drinks are never empty. The menu features consistent, healthy portion sizes. While parking can be a bit tricky, the location inside a supermarket means a short walk after parking. Although I don’t drink coffee, I noticed many customers placing preorders during my visit. The breakfast options are excellent, with a great variety to choose from. Nearby shops make it convenient for a quick bite on the go. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained."

"beach music, friendly staff, chipper decoration and fast service. the kitchen agreed to cook my food in real butter on request. my waitress did an excellent work, in between it went. the gries are huge and the perfect mix of creamy and chewing. the speck comes thick cut and fleshy. the sniper eggs have this wonderfully thin texture they can only get on a grill. and they make cruel in a French toast! they come early and they could also see some built firefighters. just a question, real cream for the coffee, please?"

"This restaurant was absolutely incredible. We ordered the Carpaccio, which was a revelation, and the Duck Ragu Lasagnette. It was so incredible, we ordered the chef's cookbook on the spot. The Sommelier absolutely nailed the recommendation, matching it perfectly with our meal and spot on the budget mark we suggested. Our server was brilliant, and highly knowledgeable of the menu. She had obviously tried all of the offerings and gave her opinions when asked in a very helpful way. We will be back."

"My wife and I wanted to eat breakfast on a Sunday morning in a different place. We decided on this diner because it has the oldtime diner look and we were not disappointed in that it did have the feel as well. All the indoor seating tables have a bright airy touch. There is a counter if you prefer to eat there. The service was instant. I had a short stack of whole wheat blueberry pancakes with coffee, the warm maple syrup in the metal pitcher was a nice touch. My wife had two eggs over-easy with bacon as well as coffee. We both were satisfied with our vittles. The clean bathrooms are downstairs. On a Sunday all metered parking is free and more than ample. Nice place for a change, Hastings is very quaint and great for a short Sunday stroll."

"Restaurant is beautiful and decorated nicely for the holidays. Waitress was nice enough, but not overly friendly. Food was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. Mushroom caps and artichoke dip were excellent as appetizers. My group found it strange that another loaf of bread costed $4, and the French onion soup couldn’t be selected as a soup option rather it was a la carte only. Steaks were cooked well, to our liking for the most part. Shrimp and scallop scampi was excellent, although there was less pasta than expected. Would return for nice views and ambiance. Many seem to go back because of nostalgia."

"Okay here we go!My wife 's family was visiting from Chicago and we have other members that live in Charlotte and we decided to meet and have lunch at CBG..Online reviews were okay and it was very large and spacious to accommodate a party of ten.Well we arrived at around 3:00, 7 of us walked in to scope out a table and we just stood inside the door while 2 young ladies were busy on their cell phones, they looked up at us and quickly went back to their phones. The place was fairly deserted so it wasn 't as if they were slammed. No Hi welcome to CBG, no acknowledgement at ALL!I have been in the food service business for years and this total lack of being ignored already soured whatever anticipation that I was looking forward to.We secured our own table and got our first round of drinks ourselves.Several wait staff ambled past our booth with not a single one asking if we had been helped. We finally caught the attention of Zack who apologized profusely for the situation. We moved into the larger part of CBG because the booth we were in needed to seat 4 more people.Everyone arrived and service was still spotty..We even contemplated going somewhere else...Once Zack gradually took control the service got better.Food was decent, menu is limited...Pizza, corn dogs, salads and the biggest disappointment came in the form of their $12.00 cheeseburger.I am a retired chef and I am well versed in the FOH/BOH workings of a restaurant.I was elated that I could order it rare..Yay!When the burger hit the table, I was already bummed. It was not the thick slab of ground beef patty I had envisioned but rather 2 very very thin patties cooked just past medium.Add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions and think Micky D 'sJust my opinion. All in all we had a great time catching up and drinking some of the MANY different beers that are on tap...So if you go ask for Zack, he did end up doing a great job.Probably will not go back as a couple but if and when family returns we may consider it, now that we know what to expect.(Oh and on a side note, not sure why but there was more than a few security guards roaming the patio)Parking: Be prepared to walk...."

"We come to Mesh every year for Veterans Day. Each year since 2015 has gotten a little worse, time after time. We will not return after this occasion. We were seating at a high top within the bar area, with the bar packed full of standing people, being extremely loud. I order Salamon, which was no cooked properly so my husband swapped me meals, our waiter never noticed nor asked if everything was ok. We ordered wine witho our dinner and didn’t get it until we were basically finished. Not pleased or happy… $150 bucks and would have been better at Texas Road House."

"It was full for lunch. We sat and after waiting for 10 minutes, the staff never came to the table. Looks like they can't treat many people. The waitress went to the table behind us and they sat behind us. They had coffee, water and a soft drink on the table and we were not recognized yet. Managers should really circulate and make sure their customers take care. Needless to say, we went out and we? not even stopped asking what the problem was. It's a shame because many people rave over this diner."

"My boyfriend and I intended to go to IHOP, but the parking lot was full. So, we decided to give this place a try since it’s right next door, and I’m so glad we did! It's the best diner I've ever been to. The atmosphere was very peaceful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We were served by Nana, who was exceptionally sweet. Their French toast was fantastic, and the fresh fruit was delicious. The hospitality from the staff was truly wonderful! I would definitely recommend this diner to anyone visiting Staten Island for the weekend. They made us feel so welcome, and it was clear that the food was made with love."
