Horrible experience waiter got fresh with my table and made me eat some leftover marinara sauce. #IV

I had a lovely lunch with my nearly four-year-old grandson. The waitress was incredibly patient as he tried to order his meal by himself. The food was, as always, excellent, and the service was outstanding.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TONIGHT...usually they are perfect i have ordered the EXACT same freaking order for the past 2 years butttttt who's ever working tonight fumbled the ball big time and I'll neverrrrrr give another dollar to them!!! View menu

Ive never not tipped in my entire life. The service here is trash, we ordered ice cream and chicken fingers and they didnt even give us the ice cream. We also ordered cake and the cake was stale, like a month old stale. This place hasn't been the same since covid.

Visited this place again last night for dinner with a few people and enjoyed it! Our waitress was wonderful. She seated us right away. I had person with our group that has disability [blind] made this person feel at home was very accommodating. Our food was great I had a Greek Wrap with bacon added[fav] with cheese fries.

Terrible. I came here with my son thinking it would be a nice experience but first off they gave me legit 1/2 a cantelope with a knife stuck in it when I ordered melon. Also the fries are absolutely terrible/ cold/ soggy and the salads had water as dressing with cold lettuce. On all of this, it cost me 50$. I don’t wish this experience on anyone! View menu

I ordered a grilled chicken Buffalo wrap without ranch and a side of fries. When I received my food, it was fried chicken with ranch all over it, and my fries were in a container soaked in hot sauce. I can’t understand why this place can never get my order right. I called to complain, and they just told me that I could drive back if I wanted to. I live 20 minutes away, so they should have offered a credit or delivered the correct order! This is definitely my last visit.

I came here on a Sunday night so I understand you?re busy and only have one server so I am patient. I start to get grossed out when you bring me white foul smelling pickles that look like they are 3 months old. I get my meal and it tastes horrible. The fried chicken in my sandwich was 100% reheated. I could?ve had a better tasting sandwich at subway. There are flies buzzing around my table, landing on my food. Last time for Mikes place. If you?re desperate at midnight, go to sleep hungry. It?s not even worth it.

I ordered $70 of food and gave a simple request to separate the order in two .. going to two different places ?(3 items only in the order) well due to the ignorance stupidly or laziness of the person that took the order it got mixed up and the orders are now garbage due to one person doesn?t eat chicken and the other doesn?t eat steak ..I called and was told if I brought back the food they would make me new ? so again like every instance now a days no one takes responsibility.. I?d have to spend an hour getting the correct food ? I knew I should have orders from Andrew?s diner .all of Mikes diners are dumps anyway View menu
