"I see that there are a lot of negative reviews for this McDonald's however for my experience I've only had good times here. I drive for a living so I get to experience a lot of fast food restaurants and of all the McDonald's I have been to this one has been the best time and time again. All the staff at this McDonald's is extremely friendly with one another and the customers. And the food each time that I have eaten here has been fresh and treated well. It seems to me like the staff here actually cares. They keep the restaurant clean and keep people going around cleaning it all day long. I have not had any complaints with the food so far. And all the staff has just been nice as can be. Something else to note is that they still have the soda machine for you to get your own soda, they have a ketchup dispenser which a lot of the restaurants have gone away from now. And then on top of that they still give you a number triangle to take it to your seat and they bring the food out to you."

On August 1st, I attempted to place an order during breakfast, but the shift manager refused to take my order correctly. Eventually, I decided to leave without ordering.

We came on this day of June 19th 2024 at 1:00 pm and it was extremely slow at the drive through! Other cars were driving off. So idk what the deal was if it's just slow staff or shortened staff.

I ordered oatmeal, but they forgot to include the packet of raisins and apples. I went back inside and mentioned to the staff that I didn’t receive it with my oatmeal. She then handed me a Hello Kitty packet of apple slices.

I experienced several staff members joking around and discussing inappropriate subjects during my visit. Despite multiple employees making eye contact with me, no one came to take my order. After waiting for several minutes, I decided to place my order on the screens. When my food finally arrived, it was lukewarm, and the fries tasted as if they had been sitting out for a while. Unfortunately, this seems to be the standard at McDonald's these days.
