"We placed an online order at the restaurant and paid over $30. However, we did not receive a confirmation email. When we called the restaurant, they informed us that there was no record of our order and refused to make our food or issue a refund. We offered to show them our bank statement to prove the payment, but they still would not help us. In any other local business, they would have rectified the situation by making our food, but instead we were scolded and treated rudely (which made my husband very upset) for trying to get our money back."

"I went in for a sub tonight and the first person I encountered was a young man with lots of facial hair and a mask on over that. That?s fine with me but when I can?t hear you it becomes my problem! After asking him to speak louder 3 times I finally justsaid what I wanted and asked for a taste of the tuna salad. This got me an eye roll and a nasty attitude! The tuna was so spicyhot I think he actually made it spicy hot because if they serve it that spicy they wouldn?t sell very much. After I paid for thesandwich I ordered I asked who the manager was and the name of the rude kid. I was told Brandon was the kids name, not sure ifthat?s true but the manager is Brian. Brian, this was the last time I will buy from your sub shop. I don?t need or deserve arude attitude when spending my money! The young lady working tonight was very pleasant and the other young man working was atleast working. Mr. Attitude was not working! What a shame for such a small town to have to put up with lousy work ethics."

"This was a terrible experience. We arrived at 8pm, just an hour before closing time, and they had run out of bread. Instead, they tried to sell us subs. This is poor business practice. We were very upset and extremely disappointed."

"You cannot call this store to place an order. It is beyond frustrating when trying to grab a sandwich when we're busy. We came here about 2 weeks ago, tried calling, didn't get through. My fiance went inside to order. It took about 10 minutes as there was a line. She mentioned to the guy that she tried calling but couldn't get through. The guy said that the phone doesn't work. Great... It appears as though I'm not the first person bringing this up in a review. Management fix the phone. I don't want to place an order on doordash or uber eats, I just want to call it in. Sandwich was as you would expect from JM, it was good. Fix your phone."

"I'm really starting to enjoy Jersey Mike's subs. I especially love the BLT, no matter what kind of bread it comes on, because they serve a generous amount of crispy bacon, which I absolutely adore. The service at this location was good, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. While I was there, I did notice someone being escorted out by emergency medical personnel from the bathroom, which was a bit unusual. However, overall, my experience at the Tarboro, NC location was quite positive."

"This was my first time ever going to Jersey Mike's Sub. The people was really nice and very excited as well. I was very clean and the atmosphere was neat. I do recommend to go her and pick #55 the big kahuna Chicken or The chicken Bacon Ranch. To the owners if you need a ambassador let me know.."
