"The service was quite slow during our visit. Two staff members argued over who would take our order, and I had to step in and ask them to just have one of them do it. When our food finally arrived, the manager brought it out, but I tried to get her attention and she ignored me. We were missing two milkshakes, so I stood in line for several minutes just to remind her. When I informed her about the missing milkshakes, she replied, "I know, we're making them." It would have been helpful if she had informed me of that earlier, rather than making me wait in line. Overall, the staff was rude and seemed indifferent to our presence. Additionally, the restaurant was very slow during our visit, with dirty tables and floors. This is by far the worst example of this franchise I've encountered. We will not be returning to this location, and likely won't try any others for a long time."

"The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I am from Texas, so our BBQ is different from North Carolina's. The sauce they use is more vinegar-based, but I'm always open to trying new things. The hush puppies were amazing! The potato salad was great, and the coleslaw was a must-try dish."

"I'm basically a regular so of course I have no complaints . I can tell who's never worked before and who has just picked up on regulars. It's decent to dine in although you might not want to go during rush hour to dine it because of feeling your in the way or people buts in your face. Use an online service to just walking and grab ya food to prevent wait time. It's pretty good use your points too it's yummy points awaiting my friends always ask why u always going g to jersey mikes cause it's good they have cucumbers ranch and honey mustard and hasn't changed up like other sub companies have and for that I say thank you jersey Mike's for all of your help in feeding me and helping g others. Jersey mikes often have events when you make a purchase on a day that's supporting good causes. Vegetarian options: They have a veggie wrap it's pretty yum Kid-friendliness: You don't have to get all the way you can be picky get what you like kid"

"The fries in the wings and Traditional Wings Things were fried so hard they were discolored and hard which is sad because I apos;m pregnant and the fries were the number one reason I wanted Zaxby apos;s. I couldn apos;t even taste the season on them or finish eating them. The inside of the fries were hard. I apos;ve never actually tasted bad Zaxby apos;s but this was it. My strips and salad were good but whoevervooled the fries must have cooked the wings too cause they were hard and overcooked. Overall terrible"

The service ensured a fair progression of my dining experience, defined by a somewhat less-than-ideal delivery despite the low to medium traffic.
