"This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review because I was that frustrated. The experience was absolutely ridiculous. Subs are already pricey (which I can accept), but while I was waiting for my Club Supreme to be made, I noticed that A) the bacon looked like it had been sitting out for four hours, and B) the portion of roast beef was so small that it only covered about 80% of the roll (which was a regular size). So, I asked for more roast beef and even paid an extra charge, thinking I would finally get a decent-sized sandwich. Instead, I received two tiny slices. I was incredibly disappointed. I expected to receive a proper portion after paying for extra meat. Even at Subway, when you pay for extra, you actually get extra. After feeling immediate buyer's remorse over this ripoff, I complained to the cashier, but she just said it was due to the thickness, without even looking at the sub—when the thickness was about the same as the paper receipt she handed me. I paid $13 for this little thing, and it looked like mostly bread from the side."
