"We went to this location yesterday one employee was sitting at a table while two others were working. That employee sitting got up, took our order and never once smiled nor was friendly. He was very awkward and it seemed like he didn’t want to be there. When we went to sit down I noticed multiple tables were dirty. If I was franchise owner I would not find that employee beneficial to the operation of that store. The attitude of employees who are in contact with your patrons should be professional and friendly. The demeanor of employee and the uncleanliness of this store makes me not want to return. So many better staffed places to eat."

Very little meat and too thinly sliced. Way too much money for what you get. You get more for your money at Publix or Harris Teeter even subway. Will never go again. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 View menu

Every time I order there my bacon is left off. The manager is nice but they can never get my order right. I asked for wheat today and left off my bacon again for the 4th time. Worst Jersey Mikes ever Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Ever since this restaurant opened, it seems to be going downhill. The sub I ordered didn't meet Mike's usual standards. There was something off about it. The bread appeared to be old and tough. I might avoid this place for a while. The prices didn't match the quality of the food. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Rating: Food 2, Service 2, Atmosphere 3.

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"

"In a relatively unassuming location north of City Park lies a cute conglomerate of businesses, one of which being Rivers Roads. On nice days, it 's exceptionally setup for indoor/outdoor space. But even on cold days, it 's nice to cozy up with a cup of coffee and soak in the sun flooding the space through the south-facing glass garage doors. The coffee is great! I got my usual cortado, which was served in a small paper cup and featured no latte art , which was unfortunate. But that 's where the disappointment ended, as the flavors were excellent and it was well-balanced between milk and espresso. The space itself is quite spacious even inside, with plenty of plants and unique lighting fixtures. There 's ample cafe-style seating. It 's a great place to stay and work awhile or meet friends for conversations. Music isn 't overpowering, and WiFi is half decent. Not exceptional speeds but 25 up/down is adequate for many basic things. Plenty for me to finish the series finale of See in 4K while sipping my cortado! The staff are always pleasant and I would say more attentive than average, making you feel welcomed immediately. It 's not exactly in my neighborhood, but it 's still a regular spot for me. Seasonal drinks are good and most syrups are made in-house. Food is great. Outdoor patio is spacious and dog-friendly. There 's simply not many downsides, if any. Aside from there not being an actual river."
