I had an amazing Philly Cheesesteak sandwich at this place. You absolutely need to try it with cheese whiz!

The food was excellent, but the cashier was rather rude and had difficulty managing a straightforward order.

The restaurant felt just like home. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. I would give it a rating of four out of five stars.

Ordered the hero sandwich. It was $13 for a medium sandwich a soda and a bag of chips. The bread was crispy and hot the sandwich hot, fresh, and tasty. However, a bit expensive for what it was. The service was good, although they seemed to be understaffed.

I don’t get to enjoy a sub sandwich from here often since my wife's doctor is at the UCSD Cancer Center in Chula Vista. However, whenever we're in the area, we make it a point to stop by for a large Hook and Ladder sub. We absolutely love it! The staff is outstanding and always friendly. On August 7th, between 6:19 PM and 6:37 PM, I waited for an online order I had placed for 6:20. However, when I arrived, they hadn't even started preparing it. There were three employees present: two men and one woman. One of the men rudely tossed chips over the counter, while the other shouted at an older man who had simply asked a question, leaving him visibly confused as he left. The woman, who had just asked me a moment before I placed my food down, didn’t call out any names and left me waiting for about 5 to 10 minutes. The service was terrible. This sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've have had in a long time. The meat was cooked perfectly and the gentleman behind the counter fixed it to perfection. The meal was at a reasonable cost considering what I had purchased. The restaurant is very clean and bathroom was also kept in good order. You can enjoy your order there at the restaurant or do like I do and take it home. One things to mention, they have this card index, where you just pick your sandwiches toppings from, it saves you from having to shout over the display a yes or no to every toppings on display or repeat your choices 20 times to the person that can't remember.
